I purchased a pom pom redbud. It was packaged well. The trunk is somewhat bent. Im hoping that it will grow straight. There were a few leaves on it. I wasnt aware that it was bareroot in a soil mixture with burlap around. That might have been nice to know. I have to plant it in a container first so that it will grow roots. Our yard is windy and I think that it would be unwise to plant it without a root ball. Our local nursery was charging $100 more for roughly the same size tree

I love the dwarf fuji apple tree, both a few branches were broken due to no packaging material. The tree probably shifted back and forth.

The bushes arrived in excellent condition and were bigger than expected. They are in the ground per planting instructions and can' wait to se them grow and thrive. I will definately order from your company in the future.

I ordered three trees and also received a free raspberry bush. All of them were delivered very secure in heavy boxes. Products were all in good health & were exactly as described. I will be ordering more from this site in the future!

Ordered 2 trees. One came damaged. Replacement sent was not the same tree variety which was disappointing. They refunded one tree I just wish they told me the correct tree was out of stock before sending the wrong thing. Overall good experience because they tried

I ordered 3 trees recently from 2 different companies, so I don't remember which one came from Brighter Blooms. However, all of the trees I received were in good condition--not small, bare root trees, but older, larger trees with actualy leaves. They were packaged well, with no broken branches, and after about 2 weeks since planted, all the trees are doing just fine. In fact, they are thriving, with new growth already.

FedEx temporarily lost my order so BrighterBlooms immediately sent out another tree. Their customer service is excellent and they wanted me to be happy doing business with them.

For $153 dollars the smallest diameter I've ever seen. Treee is 6' tall but is smaller than my pinky finger.
Won't be buying anything else.

Easy, its very easy to find what you want they have a wide variety of plants.

3 of the trees had bare spots. I did call and raised my concerns.

Easy shopping and received my tree very quickly. But when received the tree was upside down with many leaves and branches broken off. Have had it for a few weeks and used the vitamin water that I purchased and seems to still be alive.

I always know I will get good quality plants when I order here.
