My shipment of two rose bushes and one sage bush/plant arrived wilted and after 5 days shows no signs of blooming. After I transplanted them into my soil. Both rose bushes were transplanted into outside pots (approx 24 in. Diameter) and the rose blossoms have died along with half of the leaves.
I believe that I purchased the one-year guarentee with my $140 purchase. How do I obtain replacements for my dead plants that cost me roughly $140.00?.
Although communication was fairly easy the tree arrived with very wilted Leaves. When I contacted customer service they said that it was normal and that it may loose its leaves completely. Considering I bought a cherry tree at a big box store for 1/8th of the price which is thriving I would not consider purchasing from Brighter Blooms again.

I purchased a ficus tree and branches are dying or dropping very much. So many leaves keep falling off everyday. I'm a good gardener and usually don't have problems with plants I can't revive. This one may be a problem.

I cashed in on the offer of buy 2 get one free, and my coffee plants came in looking really healthy! The wasabi plant I ordered was a little pricey and I was worried about its condition when it arrived ( it was VERY small and tired looking) but I planted it and it's doing great as well! I have zero complaints, and I would definitely recommend BrighterBlooms.

I sent two butterfly bushes to my father. They arrived quickly, looked great.
I've used this company before and like last time- I'm sure the plants were in decent shape when they left the facility. However, shipping was delayed and never seem to make it to the door in very good shape. (Very much in shock, bone dry and several branches always broken.) This time, the free raspberry plant was in especially bad shape; snapped about half an inch tall- but it was free, and I felt bad for complaining, so kept quiet.
The apple tree overcame the shock and seems to be well, though it's pretty crooked. The cherry tree arrived with yellow, discolored, spotted leaves and has went downhill since.
I doubt I'll use this company again, which is a shame, because I'm sure a lot of the issue is the shipping itself. For what I paid though, I just can't constitute the cost/benefit of using them again- not when I can buy a gala apple tree at Walmart for $15 at 6' tall...
Received my 2 dogwood trees and free raspberry bush gift. The white dogwood was wilted upon arrival and other products were healthy. Followed the instructions for care and planting. White dogwood continued to wilt and some branches died. I contacted product specialist for replacement of sick plant and she suggested to give 2-3 more weeks to see if it would recover. Continue to watch it to die and will contact store in another week fir replacement.
Our Tonto Crepe Myrtle tree arrived in an undamaged box and on time. We are anxiously awaiting for it to mature and look beautiful.

My 2 red maples were delivered on time and in healthy condition.
Quick and easy, plenty of varieties of trees. I purchased a crabapple and Okame cherry. Shipment was quick and trees were in good conditions when arrival. I planted two trees as soon as I received them. I removed the burlap bag off the okame cherry so that its roots could contact better with soil. It's nearly a month since the trees were planted. I watered twice a week as guided. Both trees now are happy with their new location and grows new leaves.

I paid alot of money for this tree! I wrote an email last week--NEVER heard anything and the tree is all wilted. I have been taking extra care of the tree and it didn't look good coming out of the box the day I got it.

Trees arrived on schedule. Granny was wilty and hasn't recovered, all the leaves have now turned brown, but I'm hoping it's only transplant shock. Gala was perky and, except for a bit of frost damage, is still doing well.
The plant I received was in great condition, packaged perfectly, and delivered on time.
This was my first time buying a live plant online and the experience was awesome.
The plant is now in full bloom and looks wonderful.
