Arrived carefully packaged. Gorgeous rose tree. Planted immediately and it's thriving!
Items were shipped in good time, however the packaging for both orders were damaged. One had no soil left in the container and the other shipment had broken branches - AND both had items floating around inside which was the cause of the damage.
We sent the lilac bush to my sister in memory of her daughter who had just died. I was NOT notified when it shipped so i could let her know it was coming and was from us. She was bewildered trying to think and find out who had sent it. If we could have put a little greeting or message with it, it would have saved her frustration.

Ordering and delivery was great. I ordered a 6' tree and paid $169. With shipping and tax I paid close to $300. I received a 6' stick. I called customer service and they refunded $80 toward my purchase. So excluding the product, it was all good. However, for the money, being disappointed is an understatement.

Ordered 8 white dogwoods, all tagged white upon arrival. After 2 years of no blooms we find this season we have reds, pinks and whites. Called they did send me 2 trees to make it right given dominat was pink (NOT WHAT WE WANT OR ORDERED) so figured this is now what we are stuck with. GOT the 2 trees and again they are marked WHITE. Not going to take the chance to plant not knowing what we got. Will NEVER buy from them again!
