Arrived in late April. Buds present and new buds appeared within 1st week of planting. Then they all "died out" within 2 weeks. Figured it was replant stress. It's now early July and only 3 buds have appeared since and all have "died out". Watering, root inhibitor, and fertilizer was used with watering and fertilizer on a schedule. Tree was planted in a sunny, well drained area. Will be asking for a refund.
My Crepe Myrtle trees arrived well packaged and in great shape. I planted them a few days after arrival, and already, they are upright and strong.

The coupon code from my previous purchase that stated $10 off did not work for this new order and I'm within the 6 month expiration date
When I tried to checkout, I discovered the citrus laws in Georgia don't allow shipment of Meyer lemon trees to my home. But the deal was so good that I wanted to find a way to make it work, so customer support told me where they were allowed, and we sent them to a family friend in South Carolina who would grow the trees and share the lemons with my family when we come to visit. She cares for the trees, we all enjoy the lemons, everybody wins.
Everything went perfectly with one small exception. The box must have been delivered while I was still asleep and the tracking site didn't update when it arrived so I don't know how long my new Apple tree was laying in the box in the sun. A better tracking site should be considered.

Plant arrived on time and in very healthy condition, with loads of buds. It does have "weeping branches" though. I'm hoping this will look more like the tree pictured as the branches get stronger.

The tree showed up broken in two I. It's packaging. I got on your website, sent 3 picture of the broken tree still in its packaging and requested my money back. I received an email from Brighter Bloom stating they were very disappointed in their packaging, but I have not been refunded. I plan on trying again to see if it does any good.

I ordered 3 trees. The idiots at fed ex are illiterate. They treated my boxes poorly. My tress were busted up pretty bad. I didnt call them right away. I planted them. The one tree is on a come back. Its growing after 2 months. The other 2 were too far gone. I called with 2 days left of the 30 days. They extended my 30 days 2 more weeks. They still didnt grow in those 2 weeks. So with a few pictures and their great customer service. They replaced both cherry trees. They even upgraded me to the bigger ones. Fed ex didnt change in the 5 weeks between deliveries. The delivered the boxes up side down. It clearly said this side up. Anyway... the trees are doing great now. I will for sure use them again next spring to purchase a few more trees. I would strongly this company.
My order came in 2 deliveries. I was amazed at how well everything was packed and how stable the plants were. Delivered while I was not available. However the plants were still quite viable when I opened the boxes. I don't know whether to order more lavender now or wait until spring. I know that I will be ordering more from Brighter Blooms.
