Fed ex was horrible. They through the plants on my front porch and dirt was pretty much everywhere. Because of fed ex I may not order any more plants from your comp. In fear i spend money and my plan/s may die.

I've gotten numerous fruit plants from brighter blooms now and have been happy with all of my experiences. I recommend the warranty which has been easy to use if plants haven't survived.

Plant was well placed in box and was very healthy. Shipping took awhile, but the plant was in awesome condition. Therefore, I can't complain. I wish the prices were a little less that's all.

I never believed you could buy a tree through the mail. The tree was alive, fresh and green. It is thriving and looks great. Never expected it…. Neither did my friends.

Two plants died within a week.

My peaches and cream honey suckle came in wilted and lifeless. I planted them anyway. They shriveled up and dies within a week. I won't be buying anything else from here.

Plants poor condition

The bougainvillea looks like a twig. One of the roses, the pot broke and the roses were like scrambled. Plants itself were not properly protected. Waste of my money.

FedEx kept delaying the delivery date so by the time I got them, the leaves were brown and falling off. I was a little worried about how they would do so I kept them in the pot for a few days and watered daily. The dead leaves fell but new ones started coming in a week or so later. Seems like they're bouncing back.

Shrubs

I was impressed that my order was held up due to extreme heat in MN when I ordered them. They came and were beautiful. We planted them immediately, and they all looked amazing. However, two of them seem to be drooping even though I am diligent in watering them. Should I be concerned?

Not sure if it will make it

Tree arrived in good condition however the root ball is less than a foot in diameter. Given the tree is 6 ft tall, i am concerned for its health. It has been planted in the the trees preferred soil, with recommended light level, watered every day, and has yet to show any signs of greening up. I plant near 100 trees a year ranging from 1ft to 6ft tall and i have not seen such a harshly pruned root ball before. My other 6ft trees have 2ft rootball (purchase from a different company) and they are all putting on new growth already.
