Easy purchase and shipped quickly. Trees are alot skinnier than anticipated. Hoping they fill out quickly.

The tree we received and planted it the same day. It doesn't seem to be doing well but it is alive. We planted it exactly like the instructions said and with a bigger hole than required. It just has never seemed to perk up like everything else we plant does. Maybe soon it will respond. My wife gave it some Miracle grow yesterday. Hopefully it will come out of it soon. We have planted more than 40 trees around our house and have never lost one yet. We have a 5 1/2 acre yard. We are watching it closely.

Ordered 4-5 ft Althea as I can't find it in South Texas nurseries. Arrived in great condition. Had to wait a few days to plant and packing material kept trees in really good shape. Drooping leaves quickly recovered once in the ground and watered. Will definitely shop here again.

The first tree I got was in bad shape I told them about it and was shipped an amazing replacement product

The plants I ordered were maxim strawberry. When I received them they were dry :( the leaves were wilted and drying up. Hopefully it was just due to being shipped but even besides that I do not think it's worth it at the moment to pay almost the same in shipping as the price of the plants so I don't think I will purchase again.

I ordered small lime, orange, and lemon trees; 2 of which seemed to be in great shape when they arrived. However, the largest plant had 95% of its leaves knocked off during shipping, it does seem to be recovering quickly with some baby leaves already started. Overall happy.

Except for one aspect, the experience was good and I would recommend Brighter Blooms to others. The aspect that was disappointing is that two of the trees came wrapped together with root balls at opposite ends. The other ends of the boxes were taped together, but that was damaged in transport and the delivery guy said it had to be retaped. Better packaging would have resulted in a 5-star rating.

My experience is not happy. The little tree has almost no leaves, many of them were yellow.
It is not what I expected for that price. I planted it follow instructions, but have little hope for it

My tree came in very good condition, came fast! It's planted and so far doing very well. I can't wait to see it full grown and full of flowers!

The order came quickly. It was several days before I was able to get them set out. I exposed them to some sun. They are now in place, and they are thriving. We have somewhat harsh winters. I'm hoping they all survive. They are just right for what I need. Thank you.

Plants were very nice but the shipping was terrible. Boxes were crushed and left on my porch standing up and not laying down by the arrows on the boxes

I was pretty skeptical about ordering a tree online, but if you need something not carried in town what else can you do? I have to say, it all worked out well. I ordered a unique variety of redbud, and it's true there were bigger, cheaper redbuds at my local big box home improvement store, BUT not like this one.

The tree arrived very well packaged and in good shape. I was very worried because we had a heat wave (over 90 degrees) right when it shipped and I was sure it was going to be super dead on arrival. It wasn't! It's root ball was still very moist and the tree looked pretty happy. The only thing not awesome about my experience is that the tree leaves (the main reason I bought it) are not currently showing the colors pictured online. There are green leaves and there are red leaves, but pink and white leaves are nowhere to be seen. Hopefully they will show in time and it will be the Carolina sweetheart redbud of my dreams!
