Tree arrived in great shape. Looking forward to blooms soon!

I ordered 2 lavender phenomenal plants. Both looked pretty worn when I unpacked them. I've planted both since then. One looks like it has the chance to make it. The other plant not so much.

All the plants ordered were received. The packaging was good and secured each plant. Unfortunately one plant died and a some of others are struggling.

I had no idea they were affiliated with Fast Growing Trees. Had I known I would have purchased elsewhere. The plant was broken at the top growth and though larger than the wisteria I had previously purchased still not what I expected.

Trees looked very healthy, shipping was good and packing was awesome. Only complaint I have is I wish they would give a better size description. They tell you approximate height but there is no info on the diameter of the trunk. Mine was a lot smaller than I expected. Overall a good experience.

The rose tree we ordered has three rose blooms on it that have flowered. Looks very nice. The critique we have is that the tree stock has a bit of a bend in it--it is not completely straight--which makes the aesthetic more of a 4 out of 5.

So far, so good! The tree came boxed well, although one branch was broken so that I had to cut it off. It looks very straight, healthy, and does have buds on it already. However I am surprised there isn't perhaps a two part survey - one to ask about the shopping/shipping experience and another, say 6-12 months later. Obviously the most important part is that it survives and thrives! Hope so!

Everything came in good shape and ready to go. Not much more you can ask for.

When I received my tree it had been in a box for several days... up to a week. The temps outside were in the 80's. I can't imagine how hot it was in the delivery truck. The tree was extremely dried out. The root ball was bone dry. All growth on the tree was dead. Everything was brown and snapping off in your fingers. When I pruned all the dead limbs back on the tree the only thing left was the main trunk. I planted and now after 3 weeks I see growth thankfully. His nickname is Charlie Brown because he looks worse than the tree from the Christmas special.

We needed an unusual gift for an unusual employee and it was easy to shop and he recieved the plant.
I love the addition of insurance just in case.

Love the entire experience with BrighterBlooms, from the website navigation and resources to the physical plant delivery. The variety of plants is amazing and we really enjoy being able to order larger sizes, so we can appreciate the look of a more mature plant. We have ordered 3 or 4 times from BB and each time the plants arrive in secure packaging and in great condition. We are finishing up a pool project a d will be ordering Windmill Palms!

I dont like to write 50 words review, but, ordering was easy. Came quickly. Packaged well and cant wait till it grows. Beautiful tree and may order more if we get more stimmy dollars. Lol. Thank you!

My trees were fully wrapped and protected. They were in great shape when they arrived and I planted them right away. They are growing very well. I'm really satisfied with this company.
