I ordered a plant to honor a woman who was very special to me, passed away at the beginning of October, I ordered the plant so it could be places at her home, it took fifteen days before it reached its destination. It was dried out and looked dreadful when it arrived. I am still angry, her daughter the recipient believes she can restore it, me not so sure. That plant cost me $77.00. There will be no good review here.

The packaging was AWESOME! Not one speck of dirt lost. The tree was very healthy! My only complaint is it's not a little bit fuller, but overall, an excellent experience, and I would HIGHLY recommend Brighter Blooms!
My first order they shipped all 4 of my plants in one little box. 2 of them came pretty damaged. I submitted a claim and they were happy to send me replacements even though my 2 damaged plants were able to recover from the damage.

I ordered 2 trees. One had several leaves on it whereas the other didn't. I'm hoping that these trees grow and do well and I will be able to see the results next spring.
The trees I'd ordered the first time around came damaged and though I didn't ask for it, they were replaced pronto and the new ones are great. Very good customer service, and prompt fixing of the damage done in shipping - which wasn't really their fault at all.

I ordered a small tree and 3 shrubs. FedEx took more than 14 days to reach me and they arrived very stressed. When I reached out to Customer Service, they immediately sent replacements. The new batch arrived healthy looking and full.
