The apple tree arrived in great shape and is now in the ground.

Excellent. Tree arrived 1 day late ( fed x) not BB. Was a little worried because of the cold weather in Wisconsin. Opened the box and the tree was beautiful 5 + feet tall. After a week it turned yellow and started loosing its leave. Talked with Diana about the tree she made a case note and will follow up in 30 days. Told me it was in shock from transfer and it will be fine

Tree shifts in box and top branches break off. Needs a way to not shift up and down, just like they have for the side to side.

Trees were packed well and looked healthy. UPS delivered them in the upright position when the box said to keep them on there side.

The trees I purchased were shipped in strong containers which protected them from the typical abuse of shipping. They were healthy plants in excellent condition. They were exactly as specified by this the seller. This was my first experience buying trees on line and I would not hesitate to make this type of purchase in the future.

My order came partially at the first shipment, the 4 osmanthus bushes didn't come. I had to call customer service get them shipped again, don't know where was the first shipment, I asked around my neighbors, no one got it. It must've lost on the way. 4 bushes, one has a lot of holes on the leaves, the other three are fine.

The package was left standing up by the delivery service even though the package said otherwise.
The 6 plants inside ended up squeezed to the bottom of the box and a lot of small branches were broken among the blueberries and pomegranate

Perfect execution on a large order of trees from Brighter blooms. With the exception of one broken limb, everything came quickly and very healthy. All my trees are planted and happy now.
