I first ordered the coffee plant as a Christmas gift for my dad. They said shipping would take 3-5 days when in reality, it took 13. When the plant arrived, it was very near death. I emailed the company asking how to get a refund or a new plant and they came back to me immediately. They sent an extremely healthy plant to me and shipping took only 5 days. I am extremely pleased with this company's customer service and product.

So far, first order (of 2 plants) is hanging on by a thread. Second order (1 cold-banana) is doing alright - it's only been about a week - but similar warning signs already present.
ALL plants were (or appeared as such) healthy upon arrival... aside from a broken leaf or two. I admit that I'm not a veteran green-thumb, however my buddies fared POORLY fairly quickly.
Notified customer service early on - they responded QUICKLY and THOROUGHLY... I have no doubt that should I send in the pics I've taken (progressively), they would do what is necessary to fix any issue I had.
The tree leaves were covered with some sort or dirt or soot. It took a very long time to rub it from both sides of the leaves. A solvent would have helped but I didn't know what to use & stuck with warm water. The white rag I used was stained a rust color. I personally think this caused more leaves than usual to fall off the tree when now looks sadly bare.

First order was lost in shipping and finally showed up after 12 days. Customer service sent out a second tree immediately upon contact which did show up at the designated arrival time in much better shape.

Ot was easy to choose what I wanted but what I got was not what I expected. The tree was dry and frail looking plus there were no buds or a hint that it is a rose tree.

I recently purchased a braided ficus, kumquat and chicago fig plants. There was a bonus swiss cheese plant. The shipment was delayed by three days and arrived damaged. The kumquat plant soil had spilled out and the plant had no soil in the pot with bare roots exposed. This plant was replanted right away, but the leaves withered away and is now dead due to damaged roots and the loss of potting soil. The potting soil for the kumquat was all spilled throughout the packaging. The ficus plant had lost numerous leaves and is still dropping leaves, although I think it will live. The bonus swiss cheese plant is faring the best. I am dissapointed because the kumquat plant was expensive and the condition it arrived in.
