Very good. Found what I needed and received them quickly. The only issue I saw was the plants were upside down when delivered, not good for the soil in the pots.

Received in excellent condition and planted according to directions.

The black pepper vine and tea plant I ordered were pretty beat up in shipping process. The tea plant will survive but the vine doesn't look like it will survive.

All three plants that I ordered in Mid-November came about a week later. The plants were large and beautiful and healthy. Since I bought them on sale I could afford larger than anticipated. The 7 gallon lilac has 10-15 branches about 15" - 18" tall. I was amazed. The 1 gallon purple smoke tree is strong and even though we've had a cold snap, the leaves are still beautiful. The 2 quart Love Hydrangea has such large green leaves. Can't wait to see them all grow and bloom.
I always buy Root Rocket for all my plants. I've seen such beautiful growth from all the plants. I know the roots must be doing better than plants that were already here without it.

My plant arrived via USPS in a broken box with a dead looking plant (three small limbs less than 1/4" diameter) in a small (4"square) container while the description said a gallon planter was being shipped. The leaves don't look like the plant I ordered (there were 3 dead leaves on the twig I received) but I will find out once (if) the bush takes hold and turns green in the spring. I have friends who order bushes on line and they arrive FEDEX or UPS and are in good shape with plenty of soil in an appropriate size planter. My experience was definitely not that and makes me wary to buy plants online ever again.

Money Tree was sent to me in CA from sister in Michigan, the tree was to be delivered between 3-4 days after order was placed on November 13,2021, tree was delivered a week and a half later. Tree was not in good condition, leaves were wilted, but I recently spoke to a Brighter Blooms Associate, who told me that perhaps the tree might have been in shock and to give the tree some time to adjust in new environment and see how the tree adapts, if the tree doesn't get better within 3-4 weeks from the time of delivery, Brighter Blooms may deliver a healthier tree to me.
