Ordered a Japanese snowbell tree to replace one that met an unfortunate end. The dormant tree was delivered to my house in a timely manner, was the appropriate size, and was well-packed. We planted it right away. Now we wait for Spring...
The 2 Java Blue banana plants I ordered came as scheduled. They were good size (I paid extra for the taller plants) and well packaged. Some of the leaves were damaged, but I just cut those off and had no issue. I repotted and put indoors for the winter. Luckily I keep my new plants separate from existing plants for a while after they arrive, because a few days after warming up indoors, they had spider mites. I moved them outside and treated them with neem oil. Not as good a way for them to spend the winter, but they should survive fine.
In my experience about 1 in 4 plants I get from a nursery come with some kind of pest, so the spider mites were not a surprise, although they were a disappointment. Without the mites I would rate the plants a 4 star (too expensive to rate a 5).
Tree leaves had holes in them and not sure if this is disease or something else. Hopefully it survives

The tree was delivered within timeframe it said. When I opened the box and gently pulled the tree out it had about 3 or 4 branches bent and broken. It was only 3 ft. Tall and I had to use duct tape to straighten out the bent branches. I hope the tree survives.
