2 of 4 trees were broken 2 feet from the top due to handling by the shipping company. I called immediately and was courteously instructed on what I needed to do, and it was resolved quickly. Problems can happen, but how they get resolved says a lot about a company, and I'm a happy customer.

Our order came within just a few days and the lilac tree was in very good condition. It was about 5' tall so we were pleasantly surprised what good shape it was in. This was late Fall so we won't know till Spring how well it will do. It's dormant now.
Easy to order but it was delivered with most of the leaves on the tree dead, the soil loose and dry. Good thing it was bagged. Planted the tree the next day in hopes that it would recover. By the third day, all the leaves were dead. The base of the stem is still green so we are anxiously hoping it comes back.

I was shocked and very disappointed to have received a twig plant for over $50, when you advertised with a picture a huge beautiful fully red bloomed plant. Even the large box that the plant was delivered in was deceiving, all to my surprise at the bottom of the box a tiny twig.
