The website wouldn't let me choose the $9.99 a month service plan, defaulting instead to a $24/month plan. I called and Janice set me up with the lower plan and added the 10% discount code that popped up with the online ordering service. She also gave me her direct number if I need any help with the product. Very professional!
I thought I would receive something decent for the money I paid, but I was wrong. This thing feels and looks super cheap. Everything about it is cheap, the construction, the materials, and how the damn thing performs. If I had to guess how much this was purchased for, I'd say 3 dollars. I wouldn't pay more than 10 dollars for this. But that's fine, you live and you learn. If this review gets posted, STAY AWAY!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THE PRICES THEY QUOTE ONLINE! I purchased an item from Brickhouse online. I received an e-mail asking for payment confirmation and replied immediately and followed up with a phone call. Customer service advised my payment was received and all was well including the next day shipping charge. After waiting to receive the product the following day, I called to follow up and was advised the product was being drop shipped from the supplier and it would arrive the next day by 8:00 PM. Shortly after that call, I received a call from Customer Service advising me of a "price spike" and that the products I ordered would cost me 50% more than what I had paid. I told them this was unacceptable and asked them to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor told me the same and said they would not honor the price quoted online.
I contacted the CEO/Founder Todd Morris directly to ask for his assistance. His response was: "This is a part that we very rarely sell and with the supply chain issues it is possible the price went up recently and we were not notified until we put in the order for you. I will ask my team to remove this part from our site and talk to the distributor because that is not how we want to do business. "
HOW DOES THEIR INABILITY TO KEEP THEIR WEBSITE UPDATED BECOME MY PROBLEM? They offered a price for a product and I accepted that offer. Sounds like a contract to me. They have not only breached the contract but also ruined their credibility to do business as a "trusted" company.
We apologize for the inconvenience and understand how frustrating this situation must have been. We strive to keep our website's pricing and availability as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, our vendors sometimes adjust prices without prior notice, and we only became aware of the price increase when processing your order.
While we couldn't match the old pricing without incurring a loss, we did offer a discount off the total price. We're sorry that this did not meet your expectations. Please rest assured that we have implemented measures to prevent such issues in the future.

The only issue I have is the Bullitt cameras only tilt one way I need cameras that tilt up and down and side to side.it makes it hard to mount on wall and see down the side of the building.
