I bought two mini usb charging cameras. They both will not link to the apple app.
I even tried typing the super long UID in by hand. I looked on line for a training video and only see video for an older model. BH's other items have been good. Will try tech support next. Instructions can only be read with a magnifying glass (not kidding) reduced down to 2 pt type.
Brickhouse has been good with delivery and service. I got these as a replacement for an older model. Something different that I would like to see put back is the timestamp option. On the predecessor you can turn the time stamp on and off. I usually like it off so it doesn't block the picture. On this new model its always on and is huge. It takes up to much space. Except for that, the the image is very high quality and the sunglasses are easy to use.
Disappointed in the performance. Misses recording at least the first 15 seconds of activity in motion detection mode. No way to set the recording time stamp or date stamp and it doesn't use the time set on the clock. No manual except for the one that comes with the clock manufacturer. Naming of folders on SD card makes no sense.

Hi, just received my device and i activated it with no problem. I do like the websites dashboard, its easy to follow. The only issue i have with it is that the device is in my vehicle a secured indoor garage but the network cannot detect the device.

I spoke with Bien concerning my lost software problem, he was very professional and helpful. My computer crashed and after I was able to get back online, I have misplaced my original software. Now I'm not sure what to do! My particular camera unit is discontinued and the manufacture possibly could send me new software.

Just logged in and was already tracking. Device is not large and is black, so hides easily on vehicle frame. Got the "on demand" service plan and is fine for my purpose.

I had a account for security reasons and they bill you automatically but when you want to cancel they will make it VERY DIFFICULT for you to cancel to the point obviously they make alot more money if you have a hard time canceling. You can set up everything on line it is simply of course but to cancel WELL FOR SECURITY REASONS YOU NEED TO CALL IN TO SUPPORT, AND sit on hold for enough time you will probably hang up or lose signal and have to start over again... I am done using them and will go elsewhere next time.

Eon 3.0 said battery will last for 100 days without charge but it can be used for 30 days without charge and it is depend how to track the device the more we track the less time for battery. The location is not accurate, it is about couple address from location of device.

The system is set up so that at any given time at least four satellites are within the view of any point on the planet. Usually, there will be more. The simple answer is that the more satellites your tracker can see, the more accurate its position will be. As the number of satellites in view changes, so will your tracker's accuracy.
