It did not give me my 23 dollars off! It show it was to be discounted with the code you sent me. I have ordered these and wanted more but you never have discount. Please correct this asap. Or I will call my credit card company. Thank you

Ordered 4 reusable masks and extra carbon filters four weeks ago (mid May). Website stated items available for shipment within 10 days. Received confirmation of order and nothing since. I have now demanded an immediate refund of my undelivered order back to my PayPal account and will pursue through PayPal and my Credit card company.

My only regret is that I did not research the company before I ordered. I had ordered masks from another company (also in California) and received them (on East Coast) within 10 days with shipping communication.

In searching for a contact number I found *******445 and *******469, both invalid numbers I tried calling several times; and an address at 237 Kearney St #9091, San Francisco, CA ******* that I can't verify. I found several email support addresses, but no responses (*******@bravenewlook.com, vip*******@bravenewlook.com,
*******@onlineshirtorders.com).

From my internet search of their services and products the company is a sham and a fraud. Products if and when delivered are defective and overpriced and only fit to be thrown away. I see only complaints from various sites, to which I am adding my own review. Additionally the Better Business Bureau (BBB) has the following notice "Brave New Look came to BBB's attention in November 2016. A review of complaints done in May 2019 state that consumers order items and do not receive them, in some cases when they receive the item, the item is defective. Complaints also state that consumers have difficulty receiving refunds. Brave New Look was notified in writing and asked to address the above concerns. BBB also requested the company explain their delivery process including estimated delivery times and shipping policies, as well as providing BBB with updated contact information. Brave New Look has not responded to our request."

These masks are not as described. They imply these are US made, but are actually made in China. They are not handmade, but machine made. They are small, flimsy and thin. The filter is almost impossible to insert. A rip off. They will not refund as these items are "personal equipment" they say.

I placed the order and my card was charged 4/19/20. It's 5/12/20 and I still haven't received my order. I've tried to contact customer service but still haven't heard from them. DO NIOT ORDER unless you don't mind throwing money away

I waited two weeks and my masks were not shipped out. In the attempts to contact them I received no response from the email address and the phone number was disconnected. Probably not even a real company - and their masks are WAY overpriced.

I ordered from them on 4/23 because their website says they "keep manufacturing here in the USA" I received my order of face masks on 6/20, and they were MADE IN CHINA

I ordered four bracelets for Mother's Day. They were ordered on April 24 and I thought I was cutting it close, but it would be okay. Today is May 27, over a month since I placed my order. I am going to report them to PayPal and request a return for my money!

I didn't read reviews. I looked at mask quality, design, and the promised date of shipping (ordered on May 8, marquis on the website said "In Stock, Shipping by May 13"), and the location--their address was Southern California, and I'm in Oregon, so expected no more than a couple days shipping time.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR ME WAS TIMING!
I cannot say how disappointed I am that I have gotten nothing but excuses, WHEN they bother to respond at all, saying "probably shipping within a week". Not good enough.

NOW I find this review site and on top of everything, people are complaining about the mask quality.
I want my time back--and I want the product I ordered a month ago.

The rating system is fixed. You don"thave a minis 10 star rating.
I have been taken for a ride. $55.00 gone as I have been robbed, cheated and lied to. The company is the lowest any company can get.

I ordered 2 masks back in mid-May (order #*******). My credit card was charged on May 26th. I have yet to receive anything from them other than a promise that my order has been "processed." I also recently received an email asking me to review the items that I haven't even received. When I responded to this email saying that I hadn't received anything, I got an automated response using the excuse that COVID has delayed shipping. I'm not accepting that since I've received other orders from small companies. I want a refund or I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and asking my bank to investigate the charge as fraudulent.

I'm 90 days post order and still haven't received. I've contested on credit card and am tired of automated email responses. They still say will ship in 4 weeks of ordering... its been 90 days! Beware!

On 5/2 I ordered a mask I read it would ship in 2-3 business days several days later I emailed to check the status of my order and was told it was moving up in the queue, 2 weeks later I email again and was told it was at the top of the queue and would I like expedited free shipping I said yes, I got a email that they had shipped it, several days later I still had not received my mask, I went to PayPal to start a dispute I was done getting the run around from these scammers at BNL, the very day I started the dispute BNL sent a spam text with a dhl e-commerce tracking # that was a scam and tracked nothing!, they were supposed to sent a email when it shipped the next week they finally sent the mask on June 24,, had I not filed a dispute they would have not sent anything,! BOTTOM line, don't buy from brave new look. Ever. Scam artist.

Ordered 10 items on January 1,2020 today is March 1,2020 and I still have not received it. They charged my card January 1,2020. I contact them every single day since January 10,2020 by email, fb messenger and Instagram and still no reply about where my order is.

Tip for consumers:
Do not order from this company. They charge you and never send the order and do not reply to you.

Very pretty and reasonably well made. Unfortunately not functional. The mask is too tall and does not fit well to the face. Too much gapping but it is pretty. The other problem is it takes weeks (3+) to get the product and since it is supposedly "custom" made is is not returnable. Do not buy this product it is not worth it.

Be aware!
Do not order from this company, it'll take close to two month to receive your order of very thin poorly made "mask". Save your money and order from reputable site.

I ordered 1 mask to make sure I liked it before ordering more. The firs mask I got was good so I ordered 4 more. They didn't even look like the first mask, and they don't respond to my emails. The first mask I got was the one on the right

This company will take your money and never give you what you ordered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Tip for consumers:
They took 2 months to send me half my order, and that was only after I started emailing them asking to cancel it. They quickly shipped half the order at that point so they wouldn’t have to give my money back. Then I corresponded with someone saying I would take what was sent but wanted the other items refunded. So they quickly shipped that too- so they could keep my money- but it’s been 3 weeks and the shipment still hasn’t arrived.

Products used:
I kept what they sent me because they were not returnable. Very poor quality face masks- they could be bought for $2.99 at Walmart. They claim to be making them on their own and try to make it out to be an act of service. It is a SCAM. They come in plastic baggies, of different brands. Do not trust this company for anything!! Do not buy from them!!

Poor quality masks, thick and uncomfortable and don't fit properly. Customer service is terrible too. Buy your mask elsewhere.

My order was to ship by now and has not. I have to relocate due to covid and after multiple emails and phone calls, they are refusing to refund my money which I need. They have done the same to countless other paying customers, even before the pandemic. -- the real reviews are not on their website, they are on review sites and BBB (they are not BBB certified)

I ordered 4 masks and 30 filters on May 15. My credit card was tapped right away. No other company does that; they pull the payment when the order is shipped. So for a month they had my money and I had nothing. After the predicted 2-3 week window, I emailed for an update. Canned response. A couple of weeks later I received an email that part of my order was shipping. Right on the heels of that email, I received another that the rest of my order was shipping. Uh oh, both shipments had the same tracking number. I received the partial shipment indicated in the first email. I emailed Brave New Look asking when I could expect the other 2 masks. (I managed to get to a someone not obviously a robot by emailing from an email address that wasn't associated with the order.) I was very specific in my email about what I received and what I did not and included the order and tracking numbers. First email came back on a Wednesday saying, so sorry we'll get them to you during "this week". I waited a full 7 days and emailed again. Reply came back quickly, we want to make it right but we need a photo of the items you received. WHAT?! I emailed them to scroll down; they had all the information they needed right there in the thread. Within minutes, the reply comes back that they need a photo. I sent them their **** photo 12 hours ago and haven't heard anything back. I'm this close to disputing the charge on my credit card.

They promise 1-2 week delivery. Will not accomplish. Ask them to commit to a date that the have presented. They will not comply,. Just order elsewhere. They will not be upfront with their lack of ability to deliver. They will just keep you hanging.

Ordered masks due to covid19. After weeks of nothing I contacted customer service, the number to the company on my credit card receipt. Not one response nothing. Zero communication. I charged the item back and my bank immediately refunded me. Now weeks after weeks later they want to send. NO THANKS! STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF AGGREVATION!

For starters, the butterfly designs and the Hall of fame artist mask designs are exquisite. For the meat of the matter, these masks are an absolute joke. If you're shopping for adult masks with adjustable ear loops then keep shopping. Don't do what I did and spend a whole lot of money on something that you think is going to look good and based on their reviews on their own website. You will regret the purchase. The adjustable ear loops on these adult face masks are really nothing more than youth face masks. There is no comfort to the ear loop fit. If you don't mind having your ears pulled forward then by all means make the purchase. Additionally, if you don't mind waiting 3 weeks for the order to arrive then make the purchase. The adjustments for the adjustable ear loops are nothing more than small beads designed to get lost at the 1st opportunity. Much like the current occupant of the White House who is causing us to have to shop for face masks in the 1st place, these face masks are an absolute farce

I should have done a review search first before ordering from Brave New Look. Did not receive masks. Did not receive refund. They have not replied to Paypal dispute either. Spend your money elsewhere.

Never received my mask that I ordered 34 days ago. Tired of automated emails that say item will ship 3-4 wks. Well... after many emails asking for my mask. Or a refund. I still have nothing.
