I went to BrandNex for some custom temporary tattoos for my child's event. They came out awesome and I got them so quickly. The price was super affordable and I had no issues from ordering to receiving the tattoos. Will definitely use them again.

I was extremely disappointed of brandex bracelets because there was significant lack of communication throughout the process. The order was created for rush delivery, they emailed once saying they could get them there one day later than planned, which was okay. However, then the bracelets never showed. Three phone calls, multiple emails, silence from them. Finally I go on their online chat and somewhat talk to someone who said to re order them or email customer service. Ended up requiring a full refund and went with 24hourwristbands (highly recommended). They got the job done and updated me as we went on.

Ordered wristbands and they sent a proof, which was wrong and we sent back for corrections. They send the corrected proof and we agreed. They shipped the product that looked like the first, uncorrected proof. When I contacted the company they said that the proof wasn't reflected in the price and that I would have to pay more money for the product in the proof they sent. Now I have to pay to ship their unwanted product back for my refund. Poor customer service is not work any imagined Discount. DO not recommend!

I am past the boiling point with this company. I have gotten nothing but run arounds from customer service for 2 weeks now. One says its been shipped by no tracking # available! I paid thru paypal and I am praying I can get this money back which is not even mine but belongs to a fund for someone that has breast cancer. I am livid right now!

Worst Customer Service Ever! Rude! Disrespectful! Harassing and threatening! I ordered temporary tattoos 35 days ago and am still waiting. No one there cares about your order and flat out tells you they can say anything and treat you rudely and no one is held accountable. They take your money and do not deliver your items and when questioned it all becomes YOUR fault. Would NOT recommend this site to anyone!

I wish I would have read reviews before placing an order. As many have stated on the reviews i've read, horrible customer service. I placed an order for wristbands with "RUSH" shipment. $145 for 200. The expected date was for June 5th. Yep, you guessed it, I did not receive on June 5th. Not that big of a deal as my event was for the following day. DID NOT receive them then either. I still don't have them. During the wait, I chatted with 2 different reps stating that they would have someone email me within 24 hrs to follow up and also to refund the RUSH charge. No email at all. I decided to call. When I called their "customer service", someone answered and said "Hello"... and that's all. No name, no introduction, no thank you, just hello. It sounded like a kid and he was in a kitchen or something. I asked for a refund and the guy he told me that I have to email some help email address to give me a refund. He said the OPPOSITE of what I was told via chat. Smh. This is my fault for not reading reviews prior to ordering. I will be putting this company on Better Business Beareau

This company is terrible! Ordered 100 bracelets and paid extra for shipping. Order was a week late. Company said they would send an extra 50 for inconvenience. The order came and 99 bracelets were sent. They do not honor what they say and are allowed to short your order due to their 10% over or under policy. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Please take your money somewhere else!

I have pretty much never posted a review of a company before, but I will gladly go out of my way to post one for this company.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Customer service is straight up AWFUL. I did the 100 wristbands + 100 free wristbands deal and my final price was $64 when I ordered them. Then, when I got my invoice by email, it was $95, so they clearly uncharged me. I've emailed them, called them, online chatted them, everything. They've told me they would refund some of the uncharge because so far no one has had an explanation for it. Still haven't gotten the refund. I've talked to so many different people from this company, all with no answers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I have at least deterred one person from buying from this company, then I feel better about paying $25 extra for my wristbands if that means they lose business from elsewhere. This company is the worst I've ever dealt with, and their lack of concern/zero care for their customer happiness is rude, unreasonable and highly unacceptable. To be manipulative and take advantage of your customers is just wrong, and I will never endorse this company in any way. If you want to be cared for as a customer and actually pay for what you ordered THE FIRST TIME, I suggest you go somewhere else.

I placed an order with this company on 5/14 for tattoos that were supposed to arrive by Memorial Day for an event. I checked back in on the order the Wednesday before Memorial Day Weekend and saw that the order was still in pending. The CSR told me they would immediately print and ship however they would not arrive by the date we needed them. I asked that they print them anyway. After a week and still no tattoos, I logged back into their website and once again saw the order was pending. I again called in and was told that they did not know why the order hadn't printed and they would print and ship that same day. Now, a week later once again, and I log in and see that (surprise surprise) the order is back in pending. Again I call and they still have not printed the tattoos. No apology or explanation from Brandex. Just a simple I'll process your refund. I couldn't tell you about product quality but can tell you their customer service sucks to say the least and in my experience, this company is extremely unreliable. Steer Clear.

This company has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered with a company. I spoke to their design department and reps twice before placing an order for temporary tattoos. I was assured that if they were not able to do what I needed, and I wrote it all out in the comments when placing the order that it would not be a problem getting a refund. When the tattoos arrived not only were they EXACTLY WHAT I DID NOT WANT, they were the worst quality tattoos ever. As soon as you transferred it to your skin it started cracking/wrinkling and peeling and they were just sheets of tattoos that you had to cut out, so there was a very distinct clear box around the outside of our logo where you had to cut it out. Penny kids tattoo that you get out of machines at the grocery store are better quality than these. This company REFUSED to let me talk to a manager or supervisor, even after I called on 4 different occasions apparently they were never there. They also REFUSED to stand behind their word, and would not give a refund for their crappy product. We had to resort to contacting our bank and reporting them to ask for a charge back. I have never in my entire life of dealing with customer service on online companies, ever experienced anything worst than this. Horrible company, if you value your own company's brand image stay far away from them.

This place is a joke. I had planned a wedding cruise so for all of my guests I was going to get them lanyard tags done and we ordered these on August 23rd with 7 day shipping. A couple of weeks later I contacted them to ask them where they were they told me that they were in the mail. This was very important because of it being a wedding. I called every day for 5 days straight and they told me that they would be delivered by the 16th of September which we were leaving out on the 17th. I told them how important this was they just kept reassuring me that they would be there on the 16th of September. I was so worried about them not being delivered on time that I ask a girl to promise me that they would be at my house on the 16th she promised that they would be there considering it was August 23rd when I ordered them was 7 day shipping and here it is August 14th... So now it's the 17th of September we are heading out that day they are still not delivered to my house I contacted customer service they told me that the order has been cancelled and they have been cancelled a long time ago they purposely lied. So here it is that we are on our way to our wedding cruise and my guests gifts are not even on their way I talked to customer service and till I was blue in the face they did nothing to resolve this matter their attitude was oh well. This was not a birthday party this was a wedding. I would tell everyone not to use this company I believe this company is probably ran out of someone's home. Want a horrible company

Do not order from them. They charged my card immediately, never sent me a confirmation, they do not answer their phones and when they do they said they would e-mail me right away but wouldn't give me information on my order. I filed a fraudulent sales report with my bank.

Order 1,000 tattoos.

1st: They were all sticking together would have 50% waste after cutting them and sorting the sticky pieces and trashing them (I had NO CLUE I would have to cut all 1,000!).

2nd: Had them out at the expo and kids were putting them on, They are very sticky for one, not a typical tattoo where the ink is on your hand, they are adhesive with colors on them with the sticky side out. I had one on my hand, after a couple hours they turned pitch black, had many kids come and wanted their black tattoo removed, I tried baby oil / rubbing alcohol and nail polish remover to no avail. Kids were crying, I was totally embarrassed as the only way to take them off is peel the top layer of your skin off.
3rd: I get an email from them stating this: Our quality control team has reviewed your order and has concluded that the tattoos have met or exceeded the quality requirements. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. (Kids skin need to be peeled to get these useless tattoos off!)

They offered a 10% discount on future orders or on this order.

My response and I highly doubt I will receive a response to my email:

I would like more than a 10% discount, they turn BLACK after a couple hours of wearing, it happened on my skin and many others during the expo. Also>>>HOW DO YOU TAKE THEM OFF?!

PLUS I had to throw out so many due the sheets sticking together. I would venture their would be 50% waste if I get rid of all the sticky pieces.

I would like to have the ingredient list to see if they are safe.

Customer Service is horrible, please do not order tattoos from them, I do not believe they are safe after all this, my hand is still raw from last weekend from taking off the tattoo, poor kids!

Tip for consumers:
The manager wrote a comment that they would help me resolve this. Just as I had thought. I would rehash the same problems over and over and nothing came out of it. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service with this company. Seriously, waste of my time and money.

This company does not do its own production - the company that actually does it in Houston told us Brandnex is a couple of people working out of someone's basement. This explains the complete lack of responsiveness, professionalism and outright lies they have told us over the last 6 months we have been trying to get our order fulfilled. DO NOT PAY CASH - they will take your money and never deliver. I have had to call and email multiple times each week since August (its now January) trying to get our order fulfilled. The small part that was delivered was just thrown in a box causing damage to the products and they even sent some boxes to the wrong address. The Better Business Bureau does not even recognize them as a business.

Too much to type, but just know that I am still waiting for a phone call that was promised from "higher-up" regarding an UNSATISFIED customer and how things can be rectified...
Lowlights:
1) turn-around was promised on the website to be 24-48 hours (assuming business days). They called 2 WEEKS later saying that the ink wasn't available and could we wait another week before they could produce my wristband. Fine...
2) received the product 3+ weeks after initial order
3) 2 weeks after receiving the bands, the ink is coming off! Called and asked why and they informed that since it was a promotional item the ink isn't permanent. I was stunned! They let me know that it was mentioned in the "Terms and Conditions" portion of the agreement. Still am looking for that link... Seriously! Even if its supposed to promote my business, why would I want something that fades after only 2-3 weeks! That doesn't make my business look great either! I get the fact they have that for legal purposes, but that is a^%&* way of doing business, regardless.

These bands were for a fundraiser for our High School Athletic team. Now we've spent money on a product that we can't responsibly get a return on.

You can count on the fact that, while I'm sitting in the stands at all my children's events, I will let every and any parent/coach/fundraiser/business know that when shopping for wristbands, stay as far away from this company as possible. Wristbands are VERY popular with players, parents, and fans. This topic comes up a lot!... and this is the abridged version of my dealings with the company...

I ordered braclets that were supposed to take 21 days. After 24 days I called the company and they said they forgot to place to the order. They sayd they could place the order and it would take an additional 21 days. I needed the braclets sooner so needed to switch the type of braclets I was ordering. Then refused to give me anything more then a 5% discount and gaurented the braclets would be in NLT Monday. It is now tuesday and the braclets have shipped but I still dont have them. When I call customer service they are rude and really dont care about my problem. I would never use this compnay- EVER!

Company charged my paypal immediately. I realized right away the order was wrong and changed it. Had 2 orders one was for $50 and the other for $80. I cancelled the order for $50 and never got a refund. This is month #4 and still getting no where. I am very dissappointed in the cusomer service I have recieved! Stay away from this company at all cost! Fund raising became costly for me.

My company ordered custom tattoos for a series of large events. Unfortunately, the quality of product we received was incredibly poor. After they were applied, the tattoos remained very sticky, and collected lint, hair, etc, so that by the end of the event the area of the tattoo looked black/dirty. Further, they were difficult and painful to remove with baby oil, etc. We received several complaints from our attendees.

The "assurance" about quality on the site is a blatant lie, as I've now seen other similar reviews: "Beware that most companies cannot manufacture retail grade tattoos and will ship you a cheap alternative that looks terrible when applied. Rest assured we use high quality materials that are safe to apply to your skin."

I reordered through another company who was able to meet the same rush turnaround time for about half the cost, and provide tattoos that were INDIVIDUALLY CUT and actually good quality.

When I confronted customer service about the poor quality requesting a partial refund, I finally received a response after 3+ emails saying that they could replace my order, but not provide any refund. No thank you, I have no need for 3,000 more sticky, dirty tattoos.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They would not reimburse a fee that i was forced to pay. This is because they(Brandnex.com) decided to ship my order in an envelope when the bracelet was too thick for the envelope so i was charged by the mailman.

Then after calling their customer service station 4 different times trying to talk to a manager to discuss my issue with them and that would not happen. The call representatives would never take any accountability whatsoever and make excuses every time for why I cannot speak to a manger. And this company also does not respond to emails if you have an issue with your order which you most likely will

I was attempting to buy lanyards from Brandnex for a tradeshow. I placed my order and had a slight delay in the art department so I called and they told me it would not delay the order. I have paid for expedited shipping with a shipping date of the 12th. Convention was the 16th-17th-18th and after calling a few times, leaving messages etc I finally get an answer on the 19th (today) that they can ship them mid next week. The tradeshow has passed and now I don't even need the lanyards anymore! Was really disappointed, I loved the look of them and the price, and if someone could have just stepped up on the customer service level then I wouldn't be left with bad review to give. I do several promotional events and I was hoping this company would become a new vendor of mine to work with me for the year ahead. Companies need to provide better customer service and support to gain confidence and trust with buyers. So many competitors out there, I hope they realize the business that is lost when they don't pay attention to detail. They have offered me a full refund in 7 business days.

This company deserves a 0 but unfortunately you can give that... I have never dealt with a company with such TERRIBLE! Customer service, not to mention a bad product. I spoke to the owner himself to try and resolve my issue and he won't even take it upon himself. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Write your review to help others learn about this online businessDo not buy from this company. They will take your order, take your money, and not deliver. I placed an order for delivery within 4 days, paid extra for shipping to get it there by due date, and got confirmation of order. No call was made to say order would not make it. No call was made at all when it didn't arrive on set day. I have called 8 times and have been put on hold to have the caller NEVER come back. My event is in 2 hours and event will be ruined. Left 3 messages. Still no call back. Never again

Do Not Order anything from this company! They will take your order and never deliver the product. There are no supervisors or managers for you to talk to and when I asked them who the owner was, customer service told me to find out online and refused to tell me. It's been almost 3 months and I haven't received a refund for the wristbands I never received.

By far the WORST company I have ever worked with. We placed an order for 150 shot glasses on June 20th for our friends going away party. On June 22nd I got an email asking for a better picture for the glasses, so I sent one thinking they had already started making my product. My package was supposed to arrive on July 1st and when it didn't I tried to get ahold of someone on July 2nd with no success. So after the holiday I got ahold on someone on the phone on July 5th and they simply told me my product was still in production but should make it by Friday the 8th which is when we needed them. So on the 6th I called again because I was suppose to get a follow up phone call and never did. 2 days before the going away party I was told my customer service that the product we ordered had been discontinued and that they were surprised that no one had called us sooner. Yeah I was surprised too and really really pissed off. They tried to make things better by offering me elastic bracelets and a full refund which I accepted. However on the 7th, after the bracelets had already shipped they told me that since they gave me the bracelets that they were only going to give me a 25% refund instead. Well I was furious and tried to get a hold of the supervisor for hours with no emails returned or phone calls. So on friday the 8th we got the bracelets and decided to send them back for a full refund. Brandnex refused to give me a shipping label so I had to pay to send back the bracelets that I didn't even want. Now its been almost a week since they got the bracelets back in their possession and I'm still waiting on a refund. This company is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with and in my opinion should be shut down. The suck at customer service, rip off their customers, and frankly are full of BS. I will never recommend Brandnex.com to ANYONE!
