WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They would not reimburse a fee that i was forced to pay. This is because they(Brandnex.com) decided to ship my order in an envelope when the bracelet was too thick for the envelope so i was charged by the mailman.
Then after calling their customer service station 4 different times trying to talk to a manager to discuss my issue with them and that would not happen. The call representatives would never take any accountability whatsoever and make excuses every time for why I cannot speak to a manger. And this company also does not respond to emails if you have an issue with your order which you most likely will
