THE MOST streamlined, user-friendly, efficient online shopping site I have ever visited, bar none. I entered the site and was just getting oriented, when a chat screen became available. Clicked that, asked for what I wanted, and there I was... just like that. While I'd hoped the thumb braces might be a little cheaper, the price was certainly competitive. And in just a few days, the braces were in my mailbox exactly as shown online. I'll absolutely return to braceplanet.com if (when) I wear out my arthritis "crutches."

Excellent prices

Excellent prices. Don't know how to put it on. Wrote you an email asking for better instructions. You never responded. I have been ill, but plan on calling customer service soon to return never used item.

Brace is comfortable and fits well

Brace is comfortable and fits well. Easy to use. The only issue I have, is that some of the grey rubber surrounding the inside (top of palm area), has already popped off of it's black rivets and it "flaps" a bit. Otherwise, fine.

Wonderful to find my husbands size.He is 7 foot tall and takes a very large size.Just glad not to pay hundreds of dollars for once. His compression stockings are a special order and cost $250.00 a pair for knee highs.

I was very pleased with the price of the work-around wrist brace. I work in an environment where I am constantly counting cash and entering data on a keyboard. I needed more flexibility with my fingers than traditional carpal tunnel braces offer. Very happy with this product.

The sizing for the Abdominal Surgical Binder was unclear and the shipping was very slow even though I paid $9 plus for fast delivery. The information in one area said that the large binder would fit up to 52." When my husband called to get more information and get the largest binder possible the biggest was smaller but we had to try it. The binder did come quicker the second time but the binder barely fits and is uncomfortable applied with his large post surgery abdominal hernia.

Quick, easy shopping for what you need. It was cheaper here than 3 other sites but wish I could have found a promo code to use! I am leaving on a trip and needed to make sure it would be delivered in time and it was to my house in no time at all. I am totally happy ordering from braceplanet!

The fit was too small although measurement guidelines were followed. I've received multiple answers to my inquiries about return/exchange I've finally received the return auth I was seeking and will mail the incorrectly fitting wrist braces for exchange tomorrow.

I am actually buying this product not for maternity, but for umbilical hernia support due to peritoneal dialysis which has pushed out my tummy. Looking forward to receiving this product! Hope it helps me!

I had asked when the wrist brace should be delivered--never got a response online but then received a phone call a few days later saying that the color ordered was no longer available and would it be okay in a different color. I said that would be fine. It took at least 10 days to receive the brace--and the color should not be offered if it isn't available.

Product descriptions misleading & over stated.
Return Policy Sucks.

Deceitful Business

Too bad I didn't read yelp reviews before I ordered from brace planet. All the reviews are 1 star (including this one). Emily, the chat grouch, is the same grouch that answers the phone for customer service only she goes by another name. So right from the start they are deliberately deceitful. Perhaps she is the only one that works there. I ordered a 24 dollar brace and paid 45 dollars for overnight shipping. Never got it and never received a tracking number even though they promised to get back to me with one. Emily, the chat grouch, said it was back ordered and will be shipped today for delivery tomorrow. (three days from after placing the order) I asked to be refunded the overnight shipping but the grouch said NO. "Processing does not reflect shipping". So apparently all their processing issues are the customers' problems and not theirs. Luckily I have copies of all the chat transcripts so I can dispute this issue with American Express. She did tell me to go right ahead and dispute it but if they win the dispute they will charge me 25. What a pathetic company.

I ordered a wrist brace. Shipping was listed as free. I selected purchase through paypal and signed in - only to discover they added shipping. Even on the receipt, they list Shipping Method: Standard USPS (FREE).

Immediately after purchase, I attempted to resolve the matter through customer service. I then attempted to cancel the order (all within 5 minutes of purchase) but they were unwilling to cancel my order.

The practice is deceptive.

Absolutely TERRIBLE company... They took over a week just to ship out the product which was in stock. They charged me 25$ for international shipping for something that wont even get delivered on time to the international address and by the time they will even receive the package I wont even be here! I called them and the customer service are extremely unhelpful and honestly don't even care the woman hung up the phone on me when demanded to speak with a manager. Once I got a hold of the manager they also wouldn't help and don't even care about their customer reviews. So here it is! I don't want any of you to go through the same problems with this company so please take your business elsewhere you will be much better off!

Ordered two wrist braces on the 1st of February 2017. Never got the braces. Contacted them & they said braces were returned to them because of wrong address (Address was correct). They said they will resend and debited my account $6.92. I waited nothing came. I called & emailed their customer service several times nothing happened. I gave up. Two months later I receive a call from them telling me that they are sending the braces. I told them I no longer need them. Instead of refunding me the whole amount I paid, they withheld what they call is restocking fee. Crooks, avoid doing any business with them. They pass the buck & never acknowledge their fault!

They are the worst company I have ever delt with! The Customer Service Mgr. Matthew is very rude. Make sure you are prepared for them to "steal" your money if the brace does not work for you. *** warning *** Buyer beware!

Worst company ever

There is absolutely no customer service. You will be sorry if you ever order from this company. Money down the drain. Once the item is sold they will never answer your e-mail. I can not stress this enough. This company should not be in business.

Since Feb. 2nd 2016 I have had the worse, rude, ignorant customer service I ever had in my life. Must have at least 30 back and forth back and forth messages from this horrible company. Don't ever deal with them. Read all the reviews. They should be put out of business. I would have 0 stars up there if it allowed. Today is April 3rd.

Wished I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered knee braces on line. Very confusing to find what I needed so a I used the live chat. I was very specific what I needed. They sent me a link of items they claimed matched my needs. It was the incorrect item! And yep, ALL SALES FINAL. They have awful customer service. I am waiting for a RMA now. I would just like my money back and take my business elsewhere, like you should too!
