You have a 10% off Black Friday sale banner at the top of your website, but when I try to use it, it says it's no longer valid. And under your shipping rates you say free shipping to domestic addresses, but then you won't give me free shipping because my order isn't $25.00

The size chart required that we got a smaller size than one we had originally purchased in the store. I went with your recommendation. If they do not fit when they arrive we would like to exchange them for a larger size. Will wait and see. I received the medium and it is too small. I would like advice on returning and reordering.

This back brace is a duplicate to one that my husband has worn so often that it finally needed to be replaced. I also have one just like it and have been very pleased with the comfort and coolness when wearing it. My shopping experience was swift and easy. I would recommend this brace and this company to anyone who needs a professional device for pain management.

Piece of junk, probably made in China. Tried to undo snap and it pulled through the material. No instructions on fastening the piece on the belt { and yes, I looked at the instructions). Should have bought locally but 98% of my internet purchases are very satisfactory.

You put the price just below the free shipping rate on purpose.next time I will take more time to look around there are alwys many companies who wil ship free.let the economy tank then yo will get it right!

It is becoming difficult to find "OTC" brand knee supports. I lack bone cartilage on my knee and,other than a $1500 Donjoy brace, it gives pain-free support when I am active, without restricting range of motion. As long as you sell this item I will continue to be a customer.

My husband was more than pleased with the hernia support belt. Finally learned how to put it on by himself because of the strap that goes between the legs up to the waist in the back, but he mastered it. He said he is perfectly comfortable with it, it solves the problem he had and it doesn't show when wearing trousers or shorts. He's perfectly pleased with it. Thank you for that.

I was hoping to find a coupon towards this first time purchase; but could find none. I found some for another online brace company (5% & 10% off) but not yours :( It would have been nice to find something for 1st time customers.

When I received only one of the two hernia braces that I had ordered for my husband, I notified Brace Planet electronically right away, even though it was a holiday weekend. I was impressed how quickly they responded, and they said they would ship the other out the next business day.

I would like to have been able to see the front of the brace.

There was a very slight delay in shipping. It was not a big factor, but a quick note would have been nice.

I have since seen the product at about half the price. Not seeing that before I bought was my fault. Still, I rate my experience with you is very good and I would buy from you again.

Return policy(exchange only) and having to pay for return/exchange was ridiculous. I did not like the brace, it was too big. I won't return it only to receive, by exchange, something else that I don't like. I'll suck up the loss and forget about store credit (another choice), since I won't be making any further purchases.

Product is not at all satisfactory. Measured as instructed and ordered accordingly. Item too large. Does not fit as expected/advertised and thus does not provide needed support/compression of affected area. I did not attempt resolution as your return policy is extremely prohibitive. Had I read it prior to purchasing, I would not have ordered from you.

I had never heard of Brace Planet so I was hesitant to order from them.Their prices were so good I decided to take a chance. I received my order quickly, especially for a smaller website. I have searched for years to find a place that still sells canvas wrist braces. Everyone has gone to these horrible flexible braces. I need something that will compress my wrist and keep me from moving it. Thank you for carrying the canvas wrist brace.
