Do not buy from them! They will lie to you and rip you off. They do not care about their customers at all! I have never hated a company, but they are the first. I have never been faced with a more dishonest company. I would rather have telemarketers call me on a regular basis than to ever deal with them, again.
The wrist brace was so poorly made and misshapen it was unwearable. The process of a return was unfathomably difficult and expensive. There was no answer at all on the customer service phone line. Chat and online, they answered but their instructions are so rigid, so customer-hostile, so intrusive, so unpalatable, I gave up and put their useless product in the trash where it belonged.
This company will rip you off. After never receiving an item, I called to cancel the order. They then told me it was on backorder. I told them fine, cancel. I called by 3 days later to ask when I'd get my credit card credited, they said they'd sent the item the day before. I returned it per their instructions so that I wouldn't have to pay to return an item I cancelled. After weeks of calling multiple times, and being lied to over and over again, I finally got a partial credit once I threatened them with the BBB in their area. They refuse to repay me the "shipping fee", that was never even charged as it was "free shipping". Nothing I have done is helping, so I disputed it with my credit card company... I'll get my money, one way or the other.
Do NOT purchase from this company. The customer service is a joke and severely lacking and their policies are made up as they go.
Horrible company stay far away. They take your money and give no customer service. They sent my package to the wrong address then they want me to pay for a reshipping charges, they promise to return phone calls but don't. They say they customer service is based in Illinois but they all speak in broken English and I believe their customer service is based in India or the Phillipines. I asked for a refund and the say three business days after keeping my money for 7 weeks.
I have been communicating with these people for over 2 months to try and get my product. All they do is argue, want more money and hang up on you. I would never buy from them again
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY** Their "Return Policy" is non-existent - My experience in brief: Bought a thumb brace for my daughter while we were in the Dr's office after nurse says it is not broken. A few min later, Doctor comes in and says that it is broken and will need a cast. Called within 10 minutes of placing the order to cancel it, was told they are unable to cancel the order and would have to wait till I receive it. It took over 8 days to come in, but I called as soon as the mailman left - only to be told that due to Federal Regulations it can't be returned and didn't I read their Return Policy before I bought from them? What if it had been the wrong size, doesn't matter to them - still won't take it back. If I could give my experience with the company & their 2 service Rep's less than 1 star, I would. BUYER'S BEWARE - Buy your braces somewhere else.
Spend over $ 50.00 on braces that are worthless, I bough according to the explanation and picture posted on their sight, they changed the product without changing the explanation or packaging. When I complaint they completely ignored me, not even an apology

Ordered a knee brace, was sent an ankle brace. Returned ankle brace as requested, yet never received what I ordered and Paid for! Can't get anyone to even respond to my emails. Worst company ever!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! They say that returns are "easy and quick" but if you read the fine print - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. They will not refund your money, and will charge you an additional 6.95 if you try to return an item. Its a scam and they are horrible to work with.
Do not use them. They sent me the wrong sizes, sent them a day late for my surgery and forced me to go elsewhere and will not refund. Worst customer service.
I ordered a pair of wrist braces from braceplanet.com. They were too large and on 6/11/14 I requested what the company calls an RMA (return merchandise authorization) # … no response. On 6/17/14, I re-requested it. No response. During this time, I attempted to contact them via their chat session option. Each time (4-5 times) I was disconnected and no agent appeared to answer my questions or address my concerns. On 6/25/14, I called their customer service # and was on hold for 30 minutes (ridiculous). When an agent finally answered, she was snippy and less than helpful or apologetic. She said that the company had responded to my request on 6/17/14 and that she would resend it to me. And, that if I didn't get the email, to call her back in ½ hour. (Why would I want to do that? So I can be on hold again for a long time?) As of today (6/26/14), I never received the email. I double checked my email/trash and junk mail on both my email addresses. Nothing. I would advise anyone considering doing business with this site to stay away. They take advantage of people who have a disability or are in pain and make a bad situation worse by being unreachable and rude if you do contact them. And, that doesn't even address the money I've lost by doing business with them. STAY AWAY!
Very disappointed. Brace is very poor quality. Looks like the stitching was done by hand and already falling apart & hasn't been used. Very bulky. Doesn't provide any support. Doesn't fit well. Would be better off not using a brace than using this one. And now saying we can't return it for a refund. On hold each time we call trying to get approval to return it. So I am out $54. There isn't another item to exchange it for.
I was satisfied with the product as well as delivery time upon receipt. I realized upon trying on that article was too large, should have ordered a medium. I just recently under went hernia surgery and was just now able to get to post office, today. I do hope that this will be taken into serious consideration, a little outside the date of return email. Otherwise, will highly recommend it to anyone. Kudos to all involved.5 stars
The info given regarding sizing was difficult to determine the right size. The ankle brace is way too large so I called regarding exchanging for smaller size. Found out I had to pay return postage but she didn't confirm that I'd receive the smaller size without paying more postage. Then, I was told that since I opened the box to try on the brace that didn't mean I'd get the exchanged size unless the office decided they would accept the returned product. It's still sitting here in the box. I'll go to Walmart and see if I can find one rather than going thru internet ordering again.
It took 10 days for delivery...Received right hernia when it should have been left...Returned today 19 Jan 2016...Placed another order for the left side which was received today...very pleased with this order...
I bought a hernia belt to try and get some relief from my hernia and keep from having it operated on until I can get some existing medical bills paid off. So far the belt has been wonderful. However if your measurement for the size is near the end of one range and beginning of another I think I would choose the smaller. I bought the medium because my measurement was 1 or 2 inches over what was posted for the small and it was almost too big. Other than that it works great.
I ordered 3 items. My wrist is very small, but upon looking at them, I knew that two of the items would be too small.those two items have been returned according to the guidelines posted online. I probably will not order from your compan again.
Excellent prices. Don't know how to put it on. Wrote you an email asking for better instructions. You never responded. I have been ill, but plan on calling customer service soon to return never used item.
My first experience was fine,, but this one had a glitch ordered on 3/30 received today 4/26 after I opened a case with pay pal so needless to say I was not happy with my delivery of the product. Would give them a try again tho. As surely this would only be a one time mess up for them.
I was very pleased with the price of the work-around wrist brace. I work in an environment where I am constantly counting cash and entering data on a keyboard. I needed more flexibility with my fingers than traditional carpal tunnel braces offer. Very happy with this product.
