I have been looking for a figure 8 ankle brace for years. I would order from others, but then they would cancel the order because of being out of stock. I hope I get this!

Hip strap adjustment did not lock tight it kept slipping I had to bend teeth straighter on buckle to keep it from sliding. I don't know if I just got a bad one or if it is poor engineering. Has one else had this problem or complaint?

I admit to making the mistake of not closely checking what l was ordering but correcting the mistake through your system is beyond this old man's ability. Therefore l will eat the mistake and get on with my life and make sure to not only check what l am ordering but WHO l order from. I assure you your company will not used. Thank you for the ride.

The received product did not fit even though we followed size guidelines in ordering. We are attempting to return it for another product preciously described in an earlier email message- we are waiting on approval for this exchange.

The brace was purchased for a post surgery support. The first few days it worked and stayed in place wonderfully, but each day it lost the elasticity and now drops to my ankle within the first 30 minutes.

I called customer service and was put on hold. Didn't even ask my name first. I finally hung up. I went to the website and the rep was curt and short. I only wanted to know the eta delivery. When I did receive my brace it was the wrong size. I went online for exchange and your policy would not let me. Overall, not a good experience. I will not be using your company or recommend it.

Item too large and not made for a woman's thigh and knee calf anatomy.

I appreciate the site but product does not meet the advertised need or size. I will be returning the item for refund.

They substituted or shipped the wrong product. I did not authorize a substitute item. Cost of return shipping of $32.00 is only $23 less than the cost of the item. I am not sure it is worth it to send back for fear that I will not get a refund even though I never opened or used the product and have the original shipping box.

Poor design. It's the same on both ends so it doesn't conform to the foot and ankle nicely and bulges in an area. We'll be on the hunt for another one since it doesn't seem like this one is doing much for my daughter's ankle.

Shipping and delivery was mediocre. I ordered a part for my snowblower five days later than this from another warehouse. Same shipping method, USPS First Class Pkg. Both orders ended up being shipped on the same day, and both were delivered here together also.?

Good price on binder, free shipping made me choose to buy on this site. It didn't fit so not using it
Looks good but I should of gotten a larger size.
I have the size above it from hospital but now that got too big for me. N needed a smaller one. That's why I picked small. But it doesn't fit n too small for me

I used a doctor's "prescription" to research the type of brace needed, and felt your product most closely met the recommendation. When the patient showed this brace to his physical therapist, it was approved for his needs. I was thankful for that.
