I ordered a small ankle brace and when I received it, small was written on the product, but that was not a small brace more like a large. Your return policy is that I cannot return it so I'm stuck with something I will never be able to wear. I've order the same thing from you before and it fit but I will never order again if it can't be returned because it was mis sized.
I asked for a call tag to return original order because it did not fit size it stated. I was told there's no way I will receive a call tag even though I measured him 3 times per directions and when we received product it was way to big.
Haven't seen the product yet other than online and I don't know if it will ship quickly and correctly. When it does, then I can recommend.

Placed my order on 4/16/21 paid for expedited shipping (3-5 days). Received email stating order was fulfilled on 4/17. No tracking number attached. On day 7 emailed through webiste never got a response. Day 11 called at 9am was told that they would need to contact the manufacturer and would be in contact within the hour. At 12pm still no call. I called back and was on hold for nearly an hour and a half and spoke to someone that said my product was on backorder (through McDavid) and they had no information on when it would ship. They refused to cancel the order and when I asked to speak to a supervisor was told I am a supervisor and they would let me know when order shipped and was hung up on. I called back again and was told it was not on backorder and that there was no shipping information. They would let me know once they knew what was going on. Was told the only way to speak with a supervisor was via email. I finally gave up and called McDavid themselves explained the situation gave the order number and was told they do not have a wholesale contract with braceplanet they had no record of my order at all. They suggested disputing the charge with my bank. However due to my issue and needing the order they placed the order directly and upgraded to overnight delivery at no charge. Within an hour recieved a tracking number through UPS and will have my order by tomorrow! I called back to braceplanet and was informed that they are a third-party distributor and would not cancel my order refund my money I would have to wait for delivery (that they still have no info on) and follow return policy and pay a $25 restock fee. I have never been so disappointed in a company in my life!
Purchased a large size support based on it fitting up to 40"...my dress belt is a 40 so assumed the large size would be adequate. It wasn't!

It was just the item that I was looking for. But the size was too small and I tried to contact you people and had no response. I tied too e mail to customer service and never got and answer. I have merchandise that I can not use because its too small. I wanted a small/medium.
Even though I measured my wrist, the brace was too large. I have requested to complete an exchange, but I have not yet received my return label. I am also going to be charged a shipping fee even though I am getting the same item in a different size.
The brace was fine, although it did not fit, they did not honor a return with a refund, just a store credit, the store credit is useless if there is not anything you need to purchase. The brace was very light weight and shipped first class, paid for priority shipping which was 9.95, they shipped first class instead but will not return the additional shipping expenses that were not used. My income is low and I wasted 51.90, that is heartbreaking to me. I will not be ordering at this place ever again.

Unfortunately even though my order confirmation was correct, what I received wasn't. I tried two online chat sessions and was told to email a returns department, and I would hear back within 72 hours. After 5 days and no reply, I emailed again. Three days later, and still awaiting for a reply.

I found a number of items to choose from. I already had the item for the left wrist and needed for right one
Ordered item on line and found that easily done and received the item in the time frame promised. Item fit and we are very satisfied.
The socks feel good, but the black pair has a wooly looking texture that appears to be grayish in appearance. The blue is a dressy look. They are very easy to put on, and I'm not sure if I should go down a size and get more compression. I fit in the category of both small and medium.
I just had a difficult time and the picture of these items on the order page does not match the pictures of the complete listing of products although the description seems to be the same. The products were exactly as I expected, thank you. I have recommended braceplanet.com to a friend and I hope she will be able to find the brace she needs.
All is very smooth and good, with ordering and receiving. I thank Braceplanet for having the support belt I need. 10" with the stays is perfect. The 12" belts are too tall for me and the 8-9" one too short. I could not find the 10" belts anywhere else. Thank you!
I immediately got answers for wrist brace. I just hope it fits and works for nerve pain base thumb and wrist...Received brace too large I should have gotten small. A bit too heavy and "bulky" for my issues.
Found what I needed quickly. When I got my braces, I was very pleased with the quality of the construction and the lightness of the fabric. They are quite comfortable, do what I need them to do, and can be worn every day. I'm very happy with them.

The product information could be better, for instance it did not say it was good for both left and right hand. Also I could not open the size Your web site did not indicate that the item I ordered was both left and right hand. Also I could not open icon for size information.
Because of these things in your web site if I do not receive the correct item I have ordered I will never shop your web site again!
