I wish you could improve the velcro attachments - the straps do not completely cover the velcro and so the velcro catches on clothing and any other fabric item with a little nap.
This is the first time I have been to your web site. The "video chat" was very helpful however, I do not agree that you don't refund money for braces. Seniors and people on fixed income cannot afford to try everything that you say "will" work; then we are out money we can't really afford to spend. All to try to get rid of the pain! Ok, so now I received the brace -- and it was HORRIBLE! And I'm out the money! I did return it to exchange for another item I have been wanting to try. But I'm not hopeful it will work either! Just still seems like a ripoff to not get my money back since the item I'm exchanging for is not close to what I paid for the brace and I had to pay to send the horrible brace back. Just not too happy right now.
It was a difficult process to communicate as I needed to exchange my product. At this time I'm awaiting a response as to whether they received my package for exchange. When I did call the number I was directed to the website page which made it difficult.
When received I tried on one brace - too big. Searched your site for refund into and got tangled in jargon, and am waiting for label to return items for refund. Ordered replacement braces from your site and currently waiting for them to arrive.
It's really hard to give feedback when I haven't received the item I just paid for. Really don't like your return policy. I've been shopping for ankle braces and had to return 2 because of the way they hurt my foot. I had not problem returning them no did I have to pay for returning them!
I'm hoping I like yours and won't have a problem. I know what I am looking for and yours was the was the one I have been trying to find so I hope I won't have an issues and won't have to worry about getting my money back.

Even though my shopping experience was unpleasant, I was hoping the product would be great so I can continue to use this website. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I received a product that did not match the description, when I called for a refund, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes only to be told to go to the website and fill out the form. The form did not submit, so I emailed them. They do not respond. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I paid extra to get the first order super fast. Granted it was only like four bucks, but I did not get it fast and I really needed it for a trip. I did place a second order. I did not put up the super fast option and I got it fast so I feel that is a sneaky rip off.
I do have a product suggestion. I have severe RA in my hands. I am 56. I think you should make your wrist braces like I ordered longer. I also think the brace that has the thumb splint should have a higher front that goes all the way over the knuckles. Not too tight, just to block them from being hit. You don't have to not offer the other ones, just add the suggestions and market it as new product. And If you do, please send me some for helping you! A ton of arthritis people will order them that is for sure. I have gotten a ton of people asking where I have gotten the braces and also suggesting the same thing. I hope you take my advice. This a great knee brace it wraps around the knee and leg giving you a lot of support.
The only thing that I didn't like was I paid an extra $3.50 for faster processing of order and shipping. I did order this over Christmas Holiday but the entire week after X-mas did not get an email confirmation and went in and chatted with the rep. The rep. Said it would be shipped either the next day or the day after and I would get a email confirmation when it was shipped. Did not receive an email confirmation that it was shipped until the end of the week on Friday when I emailed them again and asked them what I was paying the $3.50 for and they then sent back an email with a tracking that it was shipped on Friday and received it on Monday. The good thing was it is a great product and happy with it.
The website said that orders received before 2:00 pm ship the same day. I placed my order about 10:28 am on 3/27 then I received an email on 3/31 stating that the item was shipped that day 4 days after the order was placed. I finally received the item on April 4.
This is false advertising. Ship the order the same day or change your advertising.
Excellent customer service through the chat feature. The site is easy to use. The product, ankle support, medium or so tight I can barely get them on. I bought them for arthritis in the ankles, but I also have it in my hands and the product does not have a lot of give for putting them on. I am not sure they are suppose to be so very tight so I do not know if I should return them. I they do not give, I cannot wear them.
Great product, great price the first one I ordered was great this second one is marked extra large but it a little smaller and rubbed a sore on my leg, I switched it to the other leg and it is tighter than the first one but it is working ok
I ordered the same wrist brace for my left and right wrist. The left brace was made in Bangladesh and was considerable smaller than the right brace that was made in China. Although there was this discrepancy I chose to keep the braces out of need.
I ordered on the 19th. After not receiving a shipping notice by the 22nd I used the chat feature to inquire about the shipment. One person answered and put me on hold, then another came on after about 5 minutes, then the person who put me on hold came back also. Person # 2 said she would check on the order and e mail me what the problem was. By the next day I had not received a reply and the shipment was still showing "processing" so I went to chat again and was put on hold. After about a 15 minute wait I hung up without ever getting an answer for why they never e mailed me, but finally the order was shipped without any notification or explanation. Very unprofessional service and appeared nobody knew what they were doing.
I found it easy to review the different options. The delivery time was as stated on the web site. It was easy to use and I found it helpful in keeping pressure on my hernia. I would recommend it to others.
The delivery was excellent. The product did not fit me. When we tried to return it according to instructions we were unable to get through to them according to their instructions for how to return an item.
I was impressed with the delivery time and the product. I think maybe I should have ordered the size larger, but according to the sizes stated the one I ordered should have been correct. I may order the larger one and save the smaller one for when I loose a little more weight.
I received the product in good time but a buckle was missing. I immediately contacted customer service and they immediately told me the buckle would be in the mail the next day. I received the buckle in the mail in a timely manner.
A lot of different styles hoping picked right one. I tried to send back and never got information About where to send it backed call 2 different numbers and noone returned call and it was to big and didnt support low enough for my hernia
