I am a pluse sized individual and have thick ankles. Braceplanet had a choice of compression knee-hi stockings in various pressures and material that was within my size range. The size chart on the web site was accurate and the stockings fit well and appropriately.

The knee (stretchy) braces were unusable. They do not stretch, are not soft or pliable and are not usable. When I phoned about them, the staff offered to send new ones, but I had discarded the packaging and could not send them back in their original containers. It would cost more to wrap and send them than they are worth. The material is not something I would want next to my skin and even though they were the correct size, they didn't stretch enough to put them on. I'm sssorry they were not usable because I need them.
Hopefully the product is as satisfactory as it sounds. This is the 3rd belt I have had over the last 12 years. The first 2 were given to me through a Physical Therapist. This one is the most comfortable of any I have had, cost the least. My only 1 problem is I think it is a little bit to large. I measured at the "line" so to speak for the size, so I went larger. Perhaps though if I had gone to the lower size this belt would not be as comfortable. I am very pleased with my purchase.
This is all depending on how well the support works with my incisional hernia. It's been nice to see I can get a reasonable size while I lose weight. Then surgery to repair the hernia afterwards...woohoo...it fits just fine. I fold it up so it rides like a belt and I can position it over my hernia. Thanks!
I ordered this on line and was most impressed how easy the system was. It was the best method I have ever run across. It was on a Sunday too and a woman came on line to chat & order.
Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and am in the process of going thru the "return & exchange" process. This was not as smooth as the order process.

When I ordered my brace online it said it was in stock. Well when I had not gotten an email about shipment 4 days later, I contacted customer service. I was told it had not been shipped because it was backordered. If it was backordered then it should have said so online, I would have ordered from somewhere else because I was in severe pain, and had to wait 9 days for brace. Never will I recommend this site!
I have been trying to TALK to someone in customer service regarding an exchage. Have not had any luck with that. I would like to make sure the exchange is the right one so I do not have to go through this again.
The neoprene wrist brace is much more comfortable than any I have been able to purchase locally. (This is the fourth brace I have tried.)
The preshaped metal splint is curved a little too much so it presses on the inside of my wrist. (I haven't been able to straighten it enough to make it comfortable. I'm still trying to accomplish that.)
I placed my order on April 6th-I received confirmation of my order, but after 4 days I had not received a shipping confirmation. I called and spoke to Customer Service and asked why I had not received shipping confirmation. I got a curt response, saying "You will be notified when the order ships". I waited another 3 days and contacted via on-line chat-it took a long time to get a response and then it was obvious the young man was trying to handle multiple enquiries at the same time-he finally responded that my order was on back order and should ship soon. I finally received my order on April 18th.
Prior to now, the service, delivery etc has been excellent-I guess I do not understand why I was not told initially, that my order was delayed, because the items were not in stock.
The product is excellent and I will continue to purchase from you, but your Customer Service peple could use some training in giving the correct and polite response!
Yeah I did send you guys an email to change the size of the rain from a 12 to a 13. You did send me back an email stating that you would. But when I got the ring it was a size 12. I wish there was a way you could have sent me a size 13 ring but I guess it could be my fault.but I was kind of bummed out that you did receive my email to change the size and it didn't get changed I guess I can live with it I still will buy products from you guys.thank you very much James
This was a strange process. Immediately after ordering I received an email that the product was shipped. Following tracking info it seems only that a lable was created. About a week later I received another notice that the product was shipped. I received it about 2 weeks after ordering it.
Just found this item, just placing order. I found it, I ordered it and now it is up to you to deliver in a timely manner. Then it will be up to the product to fit properly. Only then will I be able to reflect on my shopping experience. I had ordered per size chart. Brace was too small. Had to be exchanged, representative was condescending and gave snarky remarks. Her measuring instructions were incorrect. Awaiting exchange.
I understand these are Medical Devices. However as I told You Rep ( Travis) in chat there should be something with a little me style for those of Us in our prime still... I am an attractive healthy active Man and realize his "Belt " will be under clothing but there is a chance someone else may see it and I was hoping it would be more attractive ( IT COULD BE!) Something in Black would work. I may have to have something custom made if Your company or others do not supply such.
When I ordered my wrist brace I didn't understand that there were 2 sizes, I ended up with the shorter one (I later found that this was recommended for children or women) but it seems to work pretty well for me.
I received the 2nd truss a full 8 days after getting 1st. I called your customer service asking about the 2nd truss. I have the feeling that the women I spoke to thought that I was trying to get a free one and she conveyed that thought during our conversation. I was not! I simply wanted to gat my $54's worth.
While making my selection I found the customer assistance to be quite courteous and helpful; however, after receiving my order, when I inquired about returning one item that was not what I expected it to be, I was treated quite rudely and had to send TWO emails to even get a simple question answered.
Your return policy is quite unreasonable and your customer service people are very rude and unhelpful when a customer is not satisfied with a product.
I will NEVER order from you again!
YOU HAD PLUS SIZES. The brace is very comfortable, it can be adjusted to your own need or support you want. I have a large pregnant looking abdomen, this causes me to become fatigued quickly. The brace gives my abdomen and back support so I can be more active.
It would have been nice if I had received some notice that the item I ordered was on back order. I was not informed of this until I called to check on the order. It took TWO WEEKS to receive my order. I really am not concerned that it took that long; I simply would have preferred to be AWARE that it would take that long. Hanging around the house waiting for a delivery is not fun.
