I have used boxed.com several times and never had to wait longer then three days. This time, i ordered and waited 2 days to contact customer service, no phone number. Email only. First email was they were working on my order and sent me a tracking number, but nothing shipped. Emailed them again, same response. They were working on my package, nothing sent. 3rd email was working on my package, nothing sent. This company needs some customer service training! I couldn't have found a company that cares less for their customers then boxed. I will never order from them again.
I canceled an order within a few minutes after placing it. I used paypal to pay. Boxed admits to me that the order was cancelled and not shipped, but paypal says boxed tells them it was shipped and I owe. Boxed is worthless when I ask for help.
If the address on your card does not match your shipping address, they cancel your other. They will re-instate my order if I send a utility bill. Imagine if every online store asks for this before shipping a gift!
Cost of one enfamil is 49.99, where as it is available for $41.99 at Costco. Moreover you can save $5 using enfamil coupon at Costco. Almost most of the items are overpriced, and we can save more at Costco. Even though we pay membership fees, 2% cashback covers it. Boxed.com customer service Is the worst have ever seen.

Friend introduced me to shop. Boxed so I don't have to go out and shop for everything I need (food, office supplies, toiletries and some canned and bottled goods. Got the surprise of my life when my order came knocking after 4days of placing it. The way the packed is a trigger for my OCD. A slight Arrghh, but over all satisfactory service.
Love Boxed. Love that it comes to my door. Just wish the savings were better. I know that the mail people and my door man all hate Boxed because I order lots and lots of heavy drinkables. Saves me from having to drag them from the store!
I placed an order and didnt get 1 of my items. I have ordered from them in the past and never had an issue. I emailed them but they sent me a picture claiming they took a picture before sending it out and everything was in there. Now Fedex changed the label in the process but nobody knows why. Why would Fedex need to change a label unless they had to. Either the weight wasn't right or it spilled in the process. Boxed won't look into and give me my refund for that item. They won't even look into it to see what happened. I will never order from them again or my friends.
I cancelled my subscription a month prior to my annual due date and that still charged me and I had to keep messaging then to get my damn money back and finally I don't recommend them at all just order t stuff off Amazon because they take ebt
Like any other place you order from u got to check prices some thing I got were not packed right and got damaged so I emailed boxed and they gave me credit on those items their customer service is the best I ever felt with and they've taken care of any problems I had right away good job boxed

Don't waste your money. My order of several cleaning products and several food items came in one box. Two of the cleaning products broke open and leaked all over everything in the box and through the box. All the food items smell very strongly like the cleaning problems. I had to throw out most of the snack and other food items because the odor from the cleaner was to strong. I will never order from Boxed again!

I had an issue with one order and I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue in a matter of minutes and that was the only issue I have had with boxed ever and was resolved immediately theyre prices are fair and require no memberships

I signed up for Boxed today. The first thing I looked at was coffee because I use ALOT. Boxed has a 38.4 oz container of Folgers Classic for $11.99. I get a 40 oz container at Walmart for 9.96. I had to look no further. It's no wonder they don't charge fees, they charge more than retail.
I ordered from boxed yesterday for the first time. My order came today before 10 a.m... definetly quicker than amazon prime shipping. Everything was nicely packaged. I ordered ketchup and reeses spread and they were in plastic bags as a precaution. The ketchup bottle says 3 pack so I think I have a pretty good idea of how they make money. Works for me. Still alot cheaper than the grocery store. It dosent bother me if they break up packs as long as the seals are not disturbed. I ordered C4 pre-workout for my husband 90 servings + a bonus shaker for 59.99 which is what he normally pays for a small container of 30 servings. I also ordered a couple other random things and free samples and all are fine. Some things are a great deal some not so much. I will be ordering from boxed again.
I order a variety of items from Boxed about two times a month. Usually canned tomatoes to make marinara, my fave green chile, cooking oils, flour, paper products, laundry needs, coffee, drinks, nitrite/trate free pepperoni for my homemade pizzas... etc. I've been using them for at least a year, maybe two, can't remember. In all of that time, I've only had one lost order (promptly resent/offered refund) and a few dented cans which I only request refund for if they are very dented. I'm very happy with Boxed. Two things I don't like that caused me to drop a star are... my fave products are out of stock A LOT and the shipping is slower than say Jet-t or Amaz-ahem. They have free samples and free product offers and discounts. Overall I'm happy with them and can do more fun stuff instead of so much grocery shopping!
After ordering from this scammer company, they charged my card and held my order for many days, I then received a email demanding I send credit cared statements or else the order wouldn't be shipped, even though they STILL charged my account. There's no phone number listen to call them, only email in which they take DAYS to respond. This company is fraudulent and they scam people out of their money.
UPS horrible when it comes time to deliver to my son's address in Portland Oregon. Keep placing at the wrong address... ordered BOX from another site- same thing happened. Called Box directly they quickly sent over another package. Filed a claim with UPS- argued was delivered at the correct address- total waste. Yes 4 weeks later sitting rotting at a completely different address- (he happened to take a short cut and saw the pile of boxes with his NAME and Address on it)- yet so FIRST CLASS BOX did the right thing. So grateful my son is a student. BRAVO BOX!
I order from Boxed, a lot. I average two orders a week. I love their products, great prices but this bunch is by far the worse packers I've ever encountered. Their idea of packing a box is to throw everything in, put some bubble pouches in, and hope for the best. Fully 75% of the boxes I get have something smashed or broken in it. I order heavy items and they always smash smaller items that have been thrown in with them. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out a package of marshmallows is going to get destroyed by an 80 oz bottle of honey when you throw them all in together. I've had large bags of sugar that were totally destroyed. Luckily they were put in a heavy plastic bag. Bottles of honey that were smashed and leaking. Other bottles that were crushed but still intact. Samples of cookies or crackers that were flattened. I've talked to them about it over and over and it continues to happen. So if you order from them, be prepared. If your products arrive in one piece, which does happen occasionally, it's just plain luck.
Didn't make it past the place order because we wanted the Dixie Cups 12 oz 160 advertised as "to go coffee cups". Noticed AND ALMOST MISSED IT, no lids and no mention of lids missing. Then needed Lysol wipes - All the products displayed clicked on wipes, and it took me to a screen of ALL PRODUCTS. Meaning all products that had nothing to do with the category but items like food that they had for sale. Felt like I was in the "Groundhog Movie"... Sitting here with CC ready to purchase and the website was just too frustrating. If you are doing a bait and switch, leaving out info or directing me to what you want to sell, rather than what we want to buy, then this makes me wonder how good the rest of the service like packing and shipping will be. Will pass on this one. Sticking to Amazon.
I have placed many orders with boxed they are fast, great price and it's always what I ordered! This is much better than going to the large bulk buy stores.

After screwing up my First Order they decided to issue me a measly $7.00 credit on my next order. Well, right after reading the E-Mail where they said they would "make up" for their screw up I suddenly was Fully BLOCKED from the site, and the excuse was for "being a Robot" of all things. So yeah, RUN for your own safety. Their based out of China and other unsavory nations and are NOT SAFE!
