All items was way too small, there is no customer services to speak to its just emails and they take 2 days to come back to you.
They offer everything other than a refund straight away.
Alot of my time was waisted

Loved my items. Loved the floral dress, loved the 3 piece bathing suit. Loved the white shoulder cut out top…the material snags too easily

It was very frustrating and I will not be buying again. The dress didn't fit it was too big but you wouldn't exchange or refund me. Despite your promises you let me down! Bad trades description.

Shipping was quick and I was surprised with the quality. Also sizes are spot on with the actual measurements!

Their sizing was way off. Garment was very small. They offered several times to give a partial refund. I pleaded for a full refund each time. I had to pay to ship something back that was 2 sizes too small. I know my size. I read their chart. Terrible experience. Do not ever shop here. Horrible experience.

There is NNNNOOOOOO way on earth this company has a 4+ rating, obviously paid for that, because I totally agree with most bad reviews here that the quality and look of the product you receive is not at all the same thing in the advertisement of the product. The crappiest material ever! Wrong sizes too so you can't even give the stuff away. Also, they take FOREVER to arrive. And lastly, they NEVER want to give you a refund. They send you 20 messages starting at offering you 10% to keep all the crap you don't even want in the first place, then 20%, and so on. By the time they offer you 40%, if you don't accept it, then they tell you the return time is up. They are very good at being very bad.

I ordered twice from this company. The clothing styles look beautiful... problem is the fabrics are very cheap when you receive. My dress was a bit thicker than tissue paper and my short set outfit has no body to it, flimsy! The fabrics looks nice in pictures but Hugh difference in person. Also, size chart is inaccurate. I will not be ordering again
