Zero stars would be given if possible. Incredibly disappointed with this customer service/"warranty/guarantee" for this product. After my sister used this laser and had good results, I bought my first laser about three years ago. After a year, the flash of the laser stopped working and the laser would overheat, causing a burning effect on my skin. After messaging the company too late passed my purchase date (1.5 years, although the warranty specifically says 2 years) they responded that because I had been using it for over a year, they could offer me a discount for a new laser, but for some (unexplained) reason, the two-year warranty did not apply at that time. Because they gave me a decent discount on the next laser, I figured it was a hoax issue as it had never happened to my sister who would used it for 3+ years.
Fast-forward to now, again, just over a year into its use, it began giving me problems. And I'm talking burning my skin, flashing at inappropriate times when I'm not even pressing the button, overheating, and pain with any use. Again, I emailed the company explaining the issue. After several emails back-and-forth, they explained that because I used a discount code for the second laser. (I still did pay $180 after the discount) that the two year warranty did not apply. Multiple times, I asked for clarification on why a two-year warranty did not apply, when I used a promo code for the purchase. Would a discount (offered by the company no less) make the quality of the laser for the two-year warranty?! Four times in my emails back-and-forth, I asked for a phone number to speak with a representative. I explicitly explained that I did not want a free item, I was not looking for an extra laser, I simply wanted to send my current laser in so that someone could look at the lamp light, which was clearly faulted. The response then was to explain that after speaking with the technician, I must stop using immediately as the laser lamp was believed to be shorted. The only offer I received was another $50 off discount, and again and explanation that the warranty did not apply. I am so frustrated, I wasn't looking for freebies, or trying to manipulate the company in anyway. I understand things happen with all electronics. That being said, I will absolutely not be using this product again and would advise anyone who buys this to get the warranty explained in full detail. As for me, I will be using another company for my touchup laser purpose needs, and no longer encouraging any family or friends to buy this item. Absolute joke of a so-called warranty that apparently doesn't apply if you have a $50 off coupon given by the company. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received, no phone number availability to call and explain these issues, and zero willingness to examine their own product for its fault.

This product is amazing! The design is great. A lot of other devices you have to press the flash button over and over but this one has an auto option so you don't have to. What I like most is that the head is able to rotate which makes it easy if using it alone on yourself. It is painless and comes with two razors and eye protection. It doesn't hurt and honestly after the first two sessions I saw a reduction in hair growth on my legs. My leg hair has been a little more stubborn but it's slowly reducing.

I bought this last month because the reviews seemed promising and the price point was pretty awesome. I'm excited to have my own bosidin hair removal device so that I can easily remove hair at home. I could sit in front of the TV and zap away! I started using this on my leg, it reduced the hairs and did a decent job. Now I'm treating other areas because why not? If you have light skin and stubborn dark hair, get this device. Seriously.

I was hesitant to purchase an at-home laser hair removal device. I wasn't sure it would work, or if it would be safe. This was way cheaper than purchasing a coupon for laser services, so I took a chance. In the first week I noticed that my hairs had thinned out a little bit. Keep in mind that my hair is really thick. My armpit hair especially didn't grow as spiky as it would. Second week, I'm starting to see there is hair loss. It's definitely a process but it's going to be well worth it in the end. Be patient!

I used to shave every single day and had a lot of ingrown hair. My dermatologist suggested laser hair removal but it cost me $5000 for my legs alone! After reading some information about Bosidin laser hair removal, I decide to give it a try. It's been only three weeks and I've already seen at least a 30% reduction in the hair on my legs. My skin feels soft and smooth and the ingrown hair gone. I have to admit that certain areas are a little more stubborn (armpits) and haven't seen a noticeable difference yet. I am sure that just by being more consistent, I will see results. If you want your hair gone, you want this device!

I have dark hair, but now the hair that does grow back is already thinner and lighter. It's totally pain free, The most you'll feel is something similar to a hot rubber band snapping you, but it's not bad and only happens if you do level 6. The SR function is exceeded expectations! I've only been using it for about to one month, my skin is super soft after I use it, it also helps prevent razor bumps after I shave. Would highly recommend!

Excited to use it since I have pcos and I struggle with hormonal facial hair and found this has been the best solution. It's uper easy to use and doesn't hurt at all. Came with very detailed directions which was really nice.

Started using in Jan twice a week and worked up to 8 times a week. I love the results! I'm practically hairfree!

I bought this during their Black Friday deal. I have been struggling with a small patch of stubble on my chin for a few years. I almost pick every other day. I've only had 3 scans of the area now in the last couple of weeks and the results vary wildly. There are still a few hairs left, but overall, I don't have to pluck nearly every day. I'm pretty sure if I'd been on a more consistent frequent schedule they would have gone away completely. You can definitely feel heat on the flash but not painful at all. I use it at the highest setting on my medium olive skin. I have course dark hair. I started using it on my bikini line this past week now that I've confirmed I don't have a negative reaction.

It's so easy to use, I saw the different after first session. The hidden gem of this device is the SR mode (Skin Regeneration). The attachment is a must when using near the face, but I feel that cosmetically speaking, it works. I've used devices like LightStim and NuFace, and feel like BoSidin definitely has a place in my skincare arsenal.

It comes with attachments for the bikini area and skin spot lightening. I've used it on my face and haven't seen any difference, but only 2 times. My daughter's dark hair has seen results within a week. You can see the spots I left out on her ankles and feet because it's growing fast, and the smooth parts of her legs that I can easily hit with light have noticeably lighter hair growth. Functions are easily set with a simple dial, and the button is conveniently located to turn the light off. They provide goggles for safety and all you have to do is hold the button and the lights will automatically turn on as you slowly move the unit along your legs, face, etc. I will update as I use it and let you know how quickly I see results on my facial hair.

The device is easy to use and has enough laser pulses that I think most users will last a lifetime with it. The 2 year warranty is also very good. There are various settings to target specific areas/hair types. It doesn't hurt, although my skin gets a little sensitive about an hour after application. I use this on my underarms and the swivel head is perfect for that area. It works well enough to be removed; it's hard to tell if it will be more successful in the long run than professional treatment. However, it's much less expensive than a salon treatment, and more effective than any other home treatment I've tried.

I absolutely despise shaving! My daughter is a technician at the laser spa and she told me it was a waste of my money! The girl was wrong! I use it as directed and I no longer have to shave! Easy to use, multiple settings! It's fast and almost painless! Just a little tingling where I got the tattoo! There's nothing I don't like about this little savior!

I have pale skin and dark, fast growing hair. I would say I have a medium pain tolerance. I was a little nervous the first time I used it, but I use it on the highest setting and really it only feels mildly uncomfortable at worst, or like a small rubber band snapping. I've done my legs, underarms, and bikini area. 8 weeks in, other than a few stray hairs my legs are completely hairless and I have no need to shave between treatments.

I've been using it for years after spending a lot of money on professional laser hair removal. It's very fast and easy to use. Hair growth is significantly reduced. I really wish I would have taken before and after photos because they would be unbelievable.

I am very satisfied with this epilator. It can be used on multiple parts of the body. It is easy to use, just follow the instructions and you can start using it in no time. I use it once a day and my hair doesn't grow back. I will continue to use as directed by different fields. Includes safety glasses and a razor for shaving the area you are treating. This definitely saved me money and time not having to go to the office for this treatment. You can also swivel the head to make it easier to reach difficult areas. I highly recommend.

I've not ever owned anything like this before, so I was intrigued to get my hands on this product. I've only done two treatments thus far and haven't noticed much of a difference yet, but this is a product you must be consistent to use. So, hopefully I'll start to notice less to no growth in the next few weeks. But this product comes with everything you'd need to get started. Even goggles to protect your eyes and a two pack of Venus razors which I was surprised to find as it didn't mention anywhere that it came with such. The packaging was also beautiful. I got the green epilator. It's really pretty.
