After receiving the goods, there is no difference between the actual product and the picture on the website, and the color is very textured. I use the device about once a week, and I have used it for more than two months, I've noticed a definite reduction in my hair growth. Moreover, my arm and leg has become smoother. I can't wait to see how it continues to work over time. Avoid the sun though while treating. Very satisfied. Totally recommended.

When I received this device, it was amazing! It's well packaged. Came in with goggles too! The machine itself feels perfectly as I imagined. The green color is so pretty! Its functions are also very comprehensive, and it doesn't hurt at all! To my surprise, it only has a slight sense of warmth when it touches the skin, and the sound of the machine is very quiet.Would definitely recommend.

I have fair/olive complexion. Thick, dark hair all over my body. I have been using this device for 5 weeks now and can't believe the difference. My upper lip used to look like I had a mustache even after shaving. 5 weeks later, the growth has slowed to where I don't even notice it. I used to have to shave every single day, now I can live with it between treatments. This is the best money I've ever spent!

I was shocked with how easy to use this device was. I suffer from PCOS and have stubborn hair growth. I felt like I had to shave daily. I started seeing a significant reduction in my hair growth after the first use. Now after 4 months I am virtually hair free. This device works great, just as promised, just follow the instructions and don't be too disappointed if you use it in a way that's not recommended.

I've not ever owned anything like this before, so I was intrigued to get my hands on this product. I've only done two treatments thus far and haven't noticed much of a difference yet, but this is a product you must be consistent to use. So, hopefully I'll start to notice less to no growth in the next few weeks. But this product comes with everything you'd need to get started. Even goggles to protect your eyes and a two pack of Venus razors which I was surprised to find as it didn't mention anywhere that it came with such. The packaging was also beautiful. I got the green epilator. It's really pretty.

This is the best hair remover I ever have! I am in my 5th treatment and have already seen a reduction in how coarse and thick my hair was.My husband actually made a comment the other day about how good my arm pits look and how smooth my legs were.After removing hair, it is better to use aloe vera gel or gel products to soothe the skin will be more comfortable.

I was excited to receive the product and have been using it for the past month before posting the review. The item was easy to use, espessialy the ability to adjust the angle of the head is very good. I spot-treated my leg to make sure I am not allergic to the treatment (I had a bad IPL experience) and I'm not. It was painless and I'm seeing a better result, almost like in salon. Overall, I'm very happy with this product!

I have dark brown thick hair and this has worked really well. The different attachments make it really easy to tailor for your body as with the 180 head. The device is really easy to use, and the auto function makes the whole process so quick. It is also 100% pain free which cannot be said for the market leaders. The cooling function is fantastic too. My only criticism is that the number settings 1 - 6 are the same colour as the device so it can be quite hard to see what number setting it is on. It would be good if it could light up as the body part setting does.

Zero stars would be given if possible. Incredibly disappointed with this customer service/"warranty/guarantee" for this product. After my sister used this laser and had good results, I bought my first laser about three years ago. After a year, the flash of the laser stopped working and the laser would overheat, causing a burning effect on my skin. After messaging the company too late passed my purchase date (1.5 years, although the warranty specifically says 2 years) they responded that because I had been using it for over a year, they could offer me a discount for a new laser, but for some (unexplained) reason, the two-year warranty did not apply at that time. Because they gave me a decent discount on the next laser, I figured it was a hoax issue as it had never happened to my sister who would used it for 3+ years.
Fast-forward to now, again, just over a year into its use, it began giving me problems. And I'm talking burning my skin, flashing at inappropriate times when I'm not even pressing the button, overheating, and pain with any use. Again, I emailed the company explaining the issue. After several emails back-and-forth, they explained that because I used a discount code for the second laser. (I still did pay $180 after the discount) that the two year warranty did not apply. Multiple times, I asked for clarification on why a two-year warranty did not apply, when I used a promo code for the purchase. Would a discount (offered by the company no less) make the quality of the laser for the two-year warranty?! Four times in my emails back-and-forth, I asked for a phone number to speak with a representative. I explicitly explained that I did not want a free item, I was not looking for an extra laser, I simply wanted to send my current laser in so that someone could look at the lamp light, which was clearly faulted. The response then was to explain that after speaking with the technician, I must stop using immediately as the laser lamp was believed to be shorted. The only offer I received was another $50 off discount, and again and explanation that the warranty did not apply. I am so frustrated, I wasn't looking for freebies, or trying to manipulate the company in anyway. I understand things happen with all electronics. That being said, I will absolutely not be using this product again and would advise anyone who buys this to get the warranty explained in full detail. As for me, I will be using another company for my touchup laser purpose needs, and no longer encouraging any family or friends to buy this item. Absolute joke of a so-called warranty that apparently doesn't apply if you have a $50 off coupon given by the company. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received, no phone number availability to call and explain these issues, and zero willingness to examine their own product for its fault.

Very painless and simple to use. I have had it for 6 weeks-6 treatments and I am pleased with the results. The BoSidin device is very well constructed with a visually pleasing aesthetic. Cost effective in comparison to professional treatments and worth the investment.

I had an issue with a purchase I made a while ago and I had a GREAT solution given to me by the Customer Service group. I have been using my Bosidin hair removal device for 6 weeks straight and the results I have gotten are amazing. I haven't had to shave or wax in over a month. Overall, product and service by Bosidin Group is amazing. Would definitely recommend to make the investment of this product!
