Awful customer service. It was only after I placed my online order that I learned I would not have my presents for Christmas. No options for more expedited delivery. Offered curbside pickup, but every item. I attempted it was unavailable. Spent 3 hours on hold on their customer service line so I could either change delivery or cancel, only to be told by the lady on the phone that she did not handle that department. This store is simply awful and stuck in a brick and mortar prior century - - the 19th Century, and will be gone like the 5&10 Woolworth and A&P stores. Don't waste your money there.
Boscov's is one of my favorite stores. They have a great selection, reasonable quality and terrific prices. Unfortunately, you need to shop in store if you want to get your items quickly. If you order online it can take 2 weeks to receive your items. Since we love to shop online, this is very frustrating especially when other vendors can manage to have my items delivered in a couple days. They have a local store and even though I prefer to shop online, I go to Boscov's first hoping that it helps support the local store.
Purchased item online and came late not what it looked like when rec'd. Wanted to send it back there is not address anywhere on website to return. Did not have a packing slip with item. You have to be inconvenienced t go to the box store and wait on line there. Not closed to my town so gas tolls and time. Horribe. That's why it won't be around in 2 years. Don't buy online
Boscov's allowed me to shop mask free all of 2020 with a medical condition. 3 weeks ago I attempted to shop as always and was verbally attacked loudly by a woman who asked what my condition was and if I had proof (both against the law), threatening to call security and have me thrown out. I asked for a manager and he came and told me I have to leave too very loudly and rudely. He also told me I would have to try on shoes at home! Really? This manager had on a mask two sizes two small. They both could have been nice and quiet about it, but choose to make an example of me. I filed a report with the ADA. I will never spend another dime on this company again. This is America, land of the free, not home dictatorship China. Customer service is everything regardles of a customers condition.
I Drove 40 miles today Sunday 12.18.22.
Drove around whole parkin lot looking for a shopping cart. None to be found. My GF needs a cart to lean on to shop plus we came for quite a few gifts. She had wait in car.
I enteted store no carts anywhere. After scanning the store I would say there was 1 cart per 25 to 30 shoppers. Most people where 50 and above.
Hope stupid is upoer management. You can get so so much more in a cart than what you can carry. Needless to say how does a 65 year old woman carry an air fryer oven to check out? Stand in like 10 minutes and lug it to car?
I went to customer service and requested to speak with a manager. She whole-heartedly agreed with my plight. I was told the constantly tell upoer management they need so many more carts.
I guess only a chimpanzee won't realize that they are hurting their bottom line by 40 to 50 percent. You can't buy what you can't carry.
Someone feed the chimps a common sense pill. Or find another zoo for smarter chimpanzees to run this chain!
I can't speak to the quality of what I ordered because I haven't received it yet and it has been 12 days. I am now on the 3rd "new expected delivery date." I order summer clothes for my child thinking a week max, but I am still waiting. I should have just ordered off Amazon and gotten it in 3 days. I live in a rural area, so going to the physical store would be pretty inconvenient, but I guess that is the route I'll go if I ever shop with Boscovs again. The prices were very good but I kind of needed the clothes sooner.
I have always said that Boscov's fudge was the best chocolate fudge that I have ever had.The last 2 times I've bought their fudge I was very disappointed they changed something in it and now it is terrible.
I got shoes from Boscov. 2 pairs of great flat shoes with arch support. One had a problem. I returned it, and got the correct shoe back. Within a week!
No hassle. My feet are comfy.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Boscovs for having such great delivery guys. Travis and Felix were very kind and friendly while delivering my chairs.
If you have the patience and half the day - Boscov's on line has some decent deals from time to time. The problem is that if you'd like a picture of the product - it takes forever to load and if you want to see the product in the other colors that they offer - you don't always have that option. It's hit or miss with their sale prices and sizes available. The quality of the clothes and shoes is good and returns at the store are very easy. It's their website - just dreadful. I did take their survey and provided them feedback on it. If you are looking for slightly more formal than Target but not quite Macy's it's comparable to Kohls.
Discovered Boscovs about 10 years ago and have been shopping there ever since. I love this place. Great prices on a wide range of items from Clothing, accessories, shoes, jewelry, housewares, bed and bath; all just awesome. Boscov's is one of my favorite stores. Turn around time is within the week of order placed. Delivered directly to your door and everything is securely packaged. If you like homemade fudge, ya gotta' try a their in-store made fudge; it makes me swoon!~ Truly delish.
I went straight to the Web Deals section of Boscovs where they add new items weekly and found some phenominal deals! Plus free shipping on orders over $49. They have everything from home furniture to clothing and jewelry. I love this site!
I spent over 50 dollars on a item that said in stock. 6 days later they email me they don't have it so they are canceling my order.It's been a month and no refund. They are telling me to take it up with my bank.It was a reloadable green dot card from HR block. Even their records on HR Block website show no refund. You put money on it and spend it online it is not attached to my my bank account that's why I use it online. I have gotten refunds with it before.It only took a couple hours to re appear on my card. They made a mistake or they flat out stole my money. Either way I'm out over 50 bucks. First and last time I shop there
I ordered a comforter, a pair of shoes, and a wreath from Boscov's online as these items were not available in my local store. The items came a couple days later, with the wreath smashed and damaged because it has been packed underneath the shoes and the comforter. In addition, the box had been modified to make it 2" shorter and was packed with paper on top of the items, ensuring that the wreath was very compressed. The wreath is made of silk and natural, thin stems of wood, which was broken off in many small pieces. It really looked like someone deliberately packed it to damage the wreath, because it certainly wasn't packed with any care OR common sense!
I MADE 2 ORDERS THAT WERE OVER THEIR MINIMUM FOR FREE SHIPPING AND 2 DAYS LATER THEY CALL ME AND EMAIL ME SAYING I HAVE TO PAY $29 FOR SHIPPING! I TOLD THEM I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE ORDER AND THAT WHEN I WAS CHECKING OUT I RECIEVED FREE SHIPPING BUT I GUESS THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND.
My first review I gave 4 stars because I paid $10 for shipping a $39 dress. This time I bought 2 dresses and a suit. It was a few days before Black Friday and there was a sale. I paid $105 for the 3 outfits, no charge for shipping. One of the suits was the name brand Tahari which would have cost me at least double if I'd bought it at Macy's. The suit and one of the dresses are excellent quality. The material of the other dress is a little flimsy but still a cute dress. All 3 fit but make sure you read the reviews on the website because one of the reviews said go up a size which I did and the dress fit perfectly. It took 5 days from time of order to the time I received the order. Can't ask for more.
I payed for my order on October 29th and I finally got a delivery date of November 8th, and then a second delivery day of November 12th. It's less than an hour away! Why should it take FedEx so long to get it here?

I PURCHASED EARRINGS AS A GIFT FOR MY MOM FOR CHRISTMAS 2021. MONTHS LATER STONES WERE FALLING OUT AND THE EARRINGS STARTED TO TARNISH. 30 DAY REFUND POLICY IS A JOKE. I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THESE EARRINGS AND STONES FALLING OUT AND TARNISHING IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT EARLY ON, ESPECIALLY. I REACHED OUT MULTIPLE TIMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA EMAIL, I LIKE TO HAVE THINGS IN WRITING, BUT NO ONE WOULD RESPOND. I WROTE A BAD REVIEW AND SUDDENLY, SOMEONE WAS AVAILABLE TO RESPOND TO THAT TELLING ME TO CONTACT THEM TO SEE HOW THEY COULD ASSIST. STILL, AFTER EMAILING NO RESPONSE. I THEN WENT ON LINE AND CHATTED WITH A REP, AGAIN TO HAVE IT IN WRITING, THEY TOLD ME SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME WITHIN DAYS TO LET ME KNOW WHO THE MANUFACTURER IS SO I COULD CONTACT THEM AND SEE IF THEY COULD DO ANYTHING FOR ME. OF COURSE, I GOT NOTHING. I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH A REP TO SEE IF I COULD GET THAT INFORMATION, SHE SAID TO GIVE IT MORE TIME, THAT MAYBE THE MANUFACTURER IS ON VACATION. WHAT? THEY JUST KEEP STALLING ME AND HAD NO INTENTIONS TO MAKE IT RIGHT FROM THE START. IT'S A SHAME, I SEE ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS. I SHOULD HAVE SEEN THEM BEFORE I MADE THE PURCHASE. POOR QUALITY EARRINGS AND OUT OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND OUT OF A GIFT I HAD BOUGHT FOR MY SWEET MOM.
