So I already have places that I purchase from, but I'm looking for a good, cheap, Jewelry making supplies vendor and after cruising the internet I stumbled on PandaHall - I'm finding the prices amazeballs! I decided to come here before I went through any exhausting and pain staking time to figure out exactly what I want and quantities. (I'm not a rookie shopper! Lol) Now I'm curious - the 4 and 5 star ratings make this company seem fabulous! While the other reviews make me want to run away like it's on fire. So which is it? I'm wondering if these glorious reviews are real. I doubt that the horrible reviews are fake, because when you've been ripped off - the kind thing to do is to warn others. I think I'll stay away for now, unless someone can drastically change my mind. Cheers to this website! It has saved me from making big mistakes on several occasions.

If you have the patience and half the day - Boscov's on line has some decent deals from time to time. The problem is that if you'd like a picture of the product - it takes forever to load and if you want to see the product in the other colors that they offer - you don't always have that option. It's hit or miss with their sale prices and sizes available. The quality of the clothes and shoes is good and returns at the store are very easy. It's their website - just dreadful. I did take their survey and provided them feedback on it. If you are looking for slightly more formal than Target but not quite Macy's it's comparable to Kohls.

How often can you find 'that' in a review - Great Customer Service. I received an email about an online offer and they requested that I call them. I call the number provided and after 2 rings - a real person answered. I didn't have to press 1 for English, or yell into the phone "speak to representative"... nope. A real human being answered the phone! I purchased several times from them for Christmas gifts and I called that same number again about a different order - and it went to voice mail (after a normal 4 or 5 rings) and I left a message - but making a mental note, that I will have to call back... because no one calls anyone back these days, right? WRONG! I was stunned. About 15 minutes later - a real live human called me back! Wow! Now I would give them 5 stars, but I have found cheaper prices for a few items elsewhere and they do have some of the cheaply made in China, type of stuff in just a few categories. So - that's the only thing that prevents them from getting 5. I'm giving them a 4.85! Excellent customer service and this was the 2 weeks just prior to Christmas. Gotta love speaking to a real live American, easy to understand human being!

Back before Amazon changed their policy - this was a company similar to Vine - in that you could receive products for significantly reduced price or free, in exchange for providing a review of the product on Amazon. Shortly after my first few purchases - Amazon changed their policy and will only accept the 'reduced/free items in exchange for review' from Vine only now. (Figures) This company still offers products at a significantly reduced price though. Drawbacks - you're limited as to how many items you can purchase - not sure how their matrix works, but I am allowed 3 "Snags" at a time - and my counter is reset every other week or so. (It says at xx/xx/xx you will have so many Snags available) Another drawback - you're only allowed to buy 1 item only once. If you wanted to come back and get the same item again, it won't let you. The final drawback is that there is a limited supply of some of their products. From the business perspective - that does make sense. You want to get your product out there, but you don't want to always sell them at that reduced price. Fast shipping and every product has the link to amazon - you purchase the item through Amazon and if you decide to "Snag" that item, it will provide you a code to place in the "coupon/gift code" box at checkout. I have purchased many items through Snagshout and always check with them first to see if what I'm looking for is available.

I placed an order around Christmas time. The day after I placed the order - due to unforeseen circumstances, that gift was not needed. So I called to see the best and easiest way to handle it. Since I have a BB&B near me - I opted to receive the item and then take it back to the store. Waiting in line at the store - reminded me why it's not good for me to go INTO the store. All the cool stuff they have around the registers - and always only 1 person at the register... just to make you look at the cool stuff. I'm convinced that this is done on purpose, because there was no shortage of personnel in the store. Anyway, I returned the item - quick, easy and painless. The way it should be. So... nothing special... but then nothing horrible either! Whew.

I renovated a rental beach house - and purchased 95% of all the furniture through this site. I have found that the people are nicer than any other site. I'm addicted to deal shopping and buying used or New To Me. The deals that I've gotten are incredible. I like them a lot! I like that I can change to where I am at the moment - if I'm on vacation for example. I've purchased things while away from home. Fantastic site. Love it!

I have been with them for 2 years now. I got my sons first phone here - he was only 11, but I'm divorced... and wanted an extra mode of contact when he is with dad. Their plans are very reasonable but back then you had a choice of 3 phones. Now they have expanded to include more of the popular style phones and even using your own phone. I really hope that as they grow, they don't go bonkers with their rates like Verizon. I have Verizon for my phone only bc I need it to work at my parents house... where Verizon is the ONLY carrier that works there. Sigh. But I have been absolutely delighted with their customer service, plans and now they have the 'cool' new phones! If I didn't have to have Verizon - I would switch immediately! Check them out!

I really like this site - they would get 5 stars, except that they do sell out of their good deals. Makes sense, but I'm upset when I miss out. Lol

I check their site first thing in the morning to see what the deal of the day is... and then check it with amazon or someplace else - just to see if it's a good deal or not. Sometimes yes - sometimes no. What I have ordered - I'm very happy with and they are quick to ship out. Overall... woo hoo for Woot!

I can't say enough good things about their customer service. They've gone above and beyond for me! You have to take into consideration the time difference - but I have nothing but love for this site. I went from zero, none, nada zip Christian Louboutin's and the thought that I'll never be able to afford a pair - to being the proud owner of 7 pairs! Hahaha. It is worth it to get their membership - but remember that you're paying for it. And be sure to order things that would normally have a lot of import fees and such. It can pay for itself - and being able to get a jump on some new items... priceless! I love the ladies there... they really are wonderful. Some things sell for incredible amounts of money - so they deal with high dollar customers all the time. My $200 shoes are just a small drop in the bucket - but they made me feel like I was worth a million dollars. Great site.

I joined Tophatter back in 2013 and I loved it. It was small, animated avatars would jump up and down when you submitted your bid - it was fun. Bottom line - it was FUN! Now - it's a hot mess. Change after change has been made and not in the positive direction at all. Now everything is all jumbled up and there are no auction rooms - it's a free for all. No more avatars. They used to monitor the items being sold and would stop you from re-selling fake stuff from China. Not any more. Do yourself a favor folks - and stay away! Because customer service now? Hahahha! Yeah - right. Total joke. I used to buy and sell on here - but then I was 'banned'. Am I sore about it? Nope. Why was I banned?... because I made a comment on the bulletin board (available only to Sellers) that everything has gone right down the toilet with their changes and I'm just hanging around to watch the train wreck. For that - they banned me. I continued to complain, just to make sure they knew that I didn't violate any of their 'rules', that they just didn't like that I was exposing them for what they were... The owner of the site - has taken other on-line, e-commerce sites and maximized profits and then BOOM - declares bankruptcy and runs away with your money. I warned others that they need to research and arm themselves with information. Be forewarned... if you get the wrong item. Good luck getting it fixed. Good luck getting an answer. Good luck period. If you've had excellent experiences... pat yourself on the back. You're a lucky one! I used to purchase soo much stuff from them! I mean... a LOT of stuff. Now - I've taken my business elsewhere. I have been ordering things from them for a long time now. I know that some of their stuff is crap and cheaply made. I learned to pick out the good from the bad and pay attention to the reviews of the seller. They also don't know colors very well - I've been sent the wrong color of things all the time. But - you learn. I've been ordering from them for years - and now when I went to place an order - the entire thing was refunded. I've been told now that my account is blocked and that it cannot be reinstated. I have asked over and over again but all I get is, "It looks like your shipping address was previously used in a fraudulent transaction" and "suspicious activity in your transaction history" wtf? I've asked for them to define what this means and I get the same thing over and over again. YES - I get it... I'm blocked. Ok, can we move on rainman... and explain why? I'm frustrated. It's like talking to a robot... with the intelligence of a door knob. I wish they would explain.
