Boostability

Boostability is a scam company. I recently contacted them for outreach backlinks for my blog.

Initially, they recommended some terrible keywords. I already knew the keywords we wanted to rank for, because we did our own research. After coming back with the recommended keywords, was the first time I was worried. The keywords weren't buyer intent, like I needed for this particular post, and they didn't even make any sense. I get the feeling they were just longtail keywords that they felt they could VERY quickly rank for, and then take credit for page trust we already had.

Then they got started on the "work" for the month. After paying $1600 for the month, I got 1 backlink from a site with NO rankings, and NO traffic.

1... Bad... Backlink... that would likely hurt more than it would help. Then they added a bunch of other "hours" of made-up crap work, which mostly consisted of doing blog posts.

2. I wrote them immediately after that and told them I wanted a refund. They responded saying they wanted to talk to me. I didn't respond because I was DONE with them after the complete sh*t work they provided, after promising that they only work with blogs and sites that have real traffic.

I looked at the blog posts, and they literally look like websites that are exact copies of eachother. My guess is that boostability simply gets free blog websites, pays a writer to write a decent post, and then uploads it to their own fake blogs.

Unless I get full refund from them. This review is going EVERYWHERE on the internet.

Very dissappointed with this service. They did not contact me after the first week of the sale. And then blamed me for not following directions of an email that they never sent to me. Tried to cancel the service at the beginning of the month, but this service would not refund me the $350 for the month. The links they built for me were not relevent. Most were never picked up by any of the search engines. This company does not do quality SEO and has terrible customer service. Do not use them.

Boostability has been managing my SEO for a couple of years now, and I am extremly satisfied with their services! The campain managers are so so helpful, and they actually TEACH you how YOU can manke changes to improve the performance of your website. I have learned so much from them and look forward to watching my site continue to climb in rankings. I highly recommend this company!

My experience with Boostability has been a very positive one. The services they provided for me were a custom built website, social media campaign, and SEO services.

The website they built was beautiful, functional, and a huge driver for business. I have been complimented on it several times and people have told me that they felt confident they were doing business with an established professional company just because we had such a professional looking website. It is easy to do simple things like update the content, and if there is anything out of my skill set that needs to be done the website maintenance team takes care of it quickly.

The Social Media Campaign has also been beneficial for growing my business. There are so many little details for small businesses for worry about, not having to fuss about generating content for the business Facebook page has been awesome. I have received way more likes and follows than I would have been able to get on my own. I also really enjoy the tool they have that lets me schedule out my own custom content.

SEO is voodoo magic to me. I know it's important but I don't understand it and I don't want to take the time to try to understand it! I have already enjoyed one round of first place rankings and am on my way to ranking with a new search criteria. Everyone uses the internet to find services these days, so I can not stress how fantastic it is to be the first place people find, it is awesome!

Service from Boostability is personal, professional, and efficient. They are great at answering my questions, meeting my needs, and making me feel like a valued customer. I would highly recommend them to any business serious about growing.

Seriously, it does not get any worse then this SEO company! They completely derailed my Google Place/Maps program. It was such an easy project.

I no longer rank for the keywords I wanted and that I have made money on for years. They revamped them with no real research, and it has cost me thousands of dollars. I cannot believe this. It took a month to get a hold of the original account manager. When I moved on to others in the company, they really didn't care. They didn't even take responsibility or say "sorry how can we fix this." They wanted me to pay for them to fix their mistakes.

I cannot warn you enough. They are committing SEO MALPRACTICE on a regular basis. I find it irritating that a business can grow this big, and hire people and managers with no business sense. I felt like I was talking to a bunch of college kids that could care less, and really had no idea of the business that they are actually in. Ridiculous!

I never write complaints like this, but I had to this time. Do not put your business in jeopardy with these kids. They do not care about you or your business. Saying that they are small business seo is a joke. We really should all band together and start a consumer legal action against them. Do not trust this company!

I hired Booststability in September 2018. They promised me that they will work with Google Bing and Yahoo to place my company on the first pages, in six months and even some keyword in 3 months.
After the third month, I called Booststability and ask them what can I do to help. Booststabilitya asked me to pay $400 (i did) after 6 month
Nobody was able to find my company and I called them to find out what's going on and what should I do to help They told me that I should wait for another month. They were sending reports but I was still invisible on the web. I called again, the answer was that I should wait two more months. After the 9th-month they blame everything on google. They told me that Google won't recognize my company. I paid them $5.800 and 9 months of business and they did not do anything just fake report and now I have to hire somebody who knows what to do. Boostability constantly lies to people. I do not advise people to deal with these crooks. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Boostability. They are crooks running a dishonest business and trying lie to people by any means possible. I do not understand, after all the negative reviews on Yelp and BBB this company is still in business

Avoid like PLAGUE!
We had signed up for a 3 month contract with Boostability paying $300 per month. At the end of the contract period, they made no contact with us and happily continued charging our card. We saw the charge initiated on a Friday evening and contacted them early Monday morning asking to cancel our account and refund the payment. Remember this was payment in advance for work to be done in the following month. Yet the account manager Colton Miller gave a flimsy excuse that work scheduling had already been done and after much insistence from our end, he agreed to a partial refund of $200. The same information was also sent back and forth and through the hoops via email. We were told that the refund would be credited in a week.
Three weeks passed by and we didn't see any refund. So essentially we were back to square one! Called them again and this time we were told they would be NO refund! That's right, we have it on record that they would be giving us $200 and based on their current position, it was all a BIG LIE.
Do yourself and your wallet a favor and DO NOT sign up with Boostability. They are crooks running a mediocre business and trying to swindle people by any means possible. DISGUSTING.

After the nightmare I had with Yodle, I was prepared to be disappointed; however, after 3 1/2 months with Boostability, I am not and neither is my boss. Boostability didn't promise me the moon and I didn't expect it. What I did expect was for a company to fill the holes that I cannot, ie competitive link building and whatever other voodoo they do. I was doing well enough on my own with a nice optimized site and fresh quality content, but they have totally "boosted" (sorry, but that's what they did :) our online presence. We have tweaked the two campaigns I have with them and I have never had any trouble getting in touch with them or having anything explained to me. For the foreseeable future, they are an integral part of both of my marketing campaigns for the law offices and I recommend them highly. My rankings are fantastic and they are specifically fantastic for what I WANT to rank for. No mindless driving of traffic to my sites, it is specific for industry searches and long tailed searches and organic as well as local. I will never do pay per click again - don't have to.

Since working with Boostability, our website is on page one of every key search phrase on google, and our information is up to date on every major web directory such as Yelp and Merchant Circle. That has helped us double our business in less than two years.

Our account manager at Boostability is always on top of things for us and is always there when we have questions about certain things pertaining to our website such as web content and links to various sites. He is always making recommendations that help our site stay high in the search rankings.

Boostability as a company is great to work with and they are honest and care about our needs to make our web content strong. I chose Boostability because I felt that they were upfront about what they could do for us and that honesty to me is very important especially in a business decision like choosing a SEO company.
