I got a very bad mark written by a so called professional writer. I informed bookwormlab and was told to screen shot my result reflecting the University name, lecturers comment... before I can get a refund. I did as I was told and the writer tried to defend herself pushing the blame on me, but with evidences, I was able to prove him/her wrong. Anyway not to bore you, it is over 2months now nothing is said about the refund all they came up with was that, they are happy to rewrite it for me. So absurd! What would I do with that now when the mark had already been awarded. This is so frustrating
They have a very convenient order form. You won't forget anything like subject, title of work, page count, deadline, plagiarism report, instructions, etc. If you do not upload an important file the manager will call you in like 5 minutes after you make an order and remind you.

The website is very nice. The order form clearly states what the writer will need from you: subject, title, page count, deadline, plagiarism report, details to the order and all. I forgot to fill the guidelines field and the manager called me in like 15 minutes after I made an order and reminded me.

I have been using bookworm over several years now. They are always responsive and provide immediate assistance. My orders for the most part have been on time. If corrections need to me made, the writers have been responsive to request.
This is a very good writing service. I have been getting services here since 2009. I have a few bad experiences with a few writers which were quickly resolved with the staff members. I have got two pieces of work done by this website both were justttt about a pass most confused fake lying and deceiving website. They said if the work is low quality they refund half the price but nothing of such as happened which means they're all lies and i would defiantly advise you guys NOT to trust this website at alllll
Writers always forget the goal of the paper. They will go off of the topic and write the paper in general objective that includes a lot of "water" information just to make up for the length of the paper. There is no deep analysis of the body of the paper; most of what of the paper is irrelevant and not necessary. I found this issue to be the same to almost every writers I came across with. I also asked the company to step in and revise the paper, but very improvement happened. The most effective way I found is to do the rough draft of the paper myself where I put my brain on, and then ask them to revise the paper for me.
The worst paper, I've ever seen. I paid 470.00 and this paper was $#*!. You are better off having your 10 year old brother write it. I asked for a refund and they only gave me $65 back. Horrible website... I will never use this website again.
I received a failing grade. It was awful, I didn't have time to review the paper before submitting it. There were spelling errors and the writer even spelled the author's name wrong... seven times! Go with a different site. These guys are awful.
Ordered a business speech for an upcoming event from this service and paid top dollar. I almost cried when I received it... it was evidently written by a foreigner. Grammar and spelling was awful! NEVER use this darn website!

I've used BookwormLab about 5 times so far, mostly due to procrastination, but some because I was simply to busy that week. 3 of the 5 papers I received where good quality and produced at least a "B", however 2 of the papers I turned in received a score of 50% of below. I provided all of the same guidelines and outline for all of the projects, yet, 2 of them I failed. I do however appreciate the convenience associated with the web site though.
This is a quality company. These people work until all hours of the night to get your work done correctly. I have been very high-maintenance, not on purpose, and they continue to work until its done to your satisfaction. Great prices. Great business. I recommend to all.
Bookworm truly provides a quality service to their customers. There was always a customer service member available to answer my questions and help get me in contact with a writer. They are very efficient with their work, and get things done quickly with quality.
BookwormLab is affiliated with EssayBox, and the writers login at Proficientwriters.com. There are other websites, and some charge different prices for the same products. Some writers are from English speaking countries, but many are not. The company itself is made to look like it's in Florida, but it is based out of the Ukraine. A lot of the employees who run the site, other than the writers, do not speak very good English. It operates to scam the writers and the clients, and only the company benefits. Keep in mind that you can't sue them or hold them accountable because it would be too hard to take them to court in their own country.
