I returned a text book and for some reason on their end they did not get a notification that they received it so they charged me the full amount for it, I reached out to customer service took them 2 weeks to get back to me and that they would refund me if I ended the dispute I started w my credit card company, which I did and then they never answered any of my emails and it has been 3 months now and still nothing.

I sent 9 books and 3 were brand new unused they rated all of them including the brand new ones at a lower price. One book they said was missing pages and it wasn't like that when it left our house. They are deducting $40 less than quoted and if I want my books back I have to pay for shipping! They are a scam go some place else!

I thought I had selected a book that was in very good condition, which usually means it has no marks or writing within. The book I recieved, while in good condition, contained a lot of highlighting, underlining and notes. I would not have oredered it had I known.

I rented the wrong version of a book for my summer class. I've been trying to email and call them to understand if I can get a refund with the book was not opened. Nobody answer the phone, took 2/3 week to answer my email saying there's no refund (which it's stupid, I didn't open the package and didn't use the product) and now I can't send it back because I can't find the return label anywhere and I'm waiting for them to send me over a week.
