I do not recommend using this company. I got a quote for 6 books to sell, one of the books was brand new. I was to receive $17.76. I get an email this morning with a picture of 1 book, and it's bent, wasn't bent when I mailed it, and no pic or mention of the other 5 books which includes my brand new book, and my quote is now $1.09 for 6 books! If I want one book returned back to me its 8.95$ I need to pay. What a scam. The good reviews have got to be fake, I wish I would have checked the Better Business Bureau. I would recommend trying your college book store to sell it, or just donating them or recycling them rather than fatten the pockets of these scammers. It doesn't matter if you put like new, good, or acceptable, they scam you.
I tried to deposit my check and the bank said it was invalid. The numbers could not be read off of the check. This is extremely disappointing and a scam.

My bank will not cash my check because it was printed incorrectly. The check number is cut off and the important numbers on the bottom are printed on the bottom solid line and are unreadable. I've reached out many times to have it reissued with no success.A rep did message me two weeks ago asking for my PayPal and then disappeared and is unreachable... I've cashed a check from them before and I see the difference in the printing... Not sure why I can't get my check replaced. Horrible customer service!
