I normally have a great experience with this company. This last order I placed was disappointing however. I ordered my textbook on May 7th and paid for the 3-6 day shipping because my classes start on May 13th. I figured worse case scenario, the book would arrive on Sunday May 12th. My book still isn't here and my classes started. If I knew it wouldn't get here on time, I wouldn't have paid the extra money for the faster delivery. One book that I bought a month ago arrived within a day or two of me ordering it, so I guess I expected more from this great company on my last order. :/
