Experience was really bad. I was paid half of the offer. Most of my items were like new the others in very good condition, Books run marked most of them in "acceptable" condition and therefore did not pay or lowered the amount substantially. They offered $0.00 for at least 10 of my items stating they were unacceptable. Return shipping is $8 for the first item and $3 for each addition one. Very disheartening to see this. I took great care of my items. Sold because of a move and could not bring majority of my things. Any microscopic cosmetic issues will be labeled as an item that cannot be paid for. First time trying this site. I do not recommend nor I'm I using them again. The photos included are photos they sent as to why they were unacceptable.
