I was charged for a book because I didn't extend the rental period, but Alexandria (Alex) provided me the opportunity to se d it back and get refunded. A one time opportunity that I am so grateful for during this pandemic where I lost my job. I sent back the wrong book, and they were even so kind to send it back for me. While USPS media mail took an extra two weeks compared to its estimated delivery date, once they received my books it took about three days to process and then I got paid the next morning via PayPal. The other reviews on here scared me when I read them after I had already sent the books but with some patient and I received my full quote for the books, minus like $1-2. Don't let the reviews scare you. Just make sure to package your books really well. I put mine in plastic bags and then put bubble wrap and tissue paper to surround them to make sure they wouldn't be marked as damaged or anything. I'm already sending back two more books tonight now that I know the site is legit.

I decided to start school during my Covid-19 furlough from work. However, I did not realize the school was going to be unable to send my books for a while. I didn't want my time to go to waste, so I decided to rent the textbook I needed. BooksRun had the best price and the book was delivered so quickly. I was over halfway through my course when the school was finally able to ship my book. I'm so happy I did not let all that time pass by waiting on the school.

Would not do business again with BooksRun. I sent my textbooks to BooksRun; and then they tried telling me one of my books was fake even though I got it originally brand new from the university's book store. I asked them to ship my book back to me then they replied with it was being sent to the original author for what they want to do with it from here. A few days later I asked again for my book to be shipped back to me then they gave me a new answer that they disposed of the textbook.

After graduating with my Master's degree, I had a ton of books that were taking up a ton of space. My wife just kept on fussing about my books for months, and so I finally had to do something about it to keep from having to sleep outside in my dog's house! I ended up proposing to my 17yo son during the COVID quarantine, I knew a good way he could make some quick easy money by selling back my college books to the online bookstores. I showed him how to make a spreadsheet of the ISBN's and how to put the various offers in columns of each of the various stores. After a few days went by he ended up selling 2/3 of all of my tons of books! By far, BooksRun was the best bidder and offered to buy the widest of the selections! He and I were both very satisfied with the buybacks. My son was very excited when the $118 check showed up in the mail! Thank you for your service and for keeping me out of the dog house BooksRun!
