I ordered a used book for my business management class and there was no indicator until AFTER I placed the order that the book I had ordered was the instructor's edition. After I placed the order, it then popped up on the screen that it was the instructor's edition I had ordered. I immediately canceled that order and re-ordered the regular student's edition of the book. Canceling was easy and I was not charged for that order. The book I did receive was correct and I received it timely. However, the canceling could have been avoided all together if the description of the book BEFORE I purchased it was accurate on the website.

There was a slight confusion about my mail carrier but after an email I was able to track my package. I received my college textbook for a VERY affordable price in a timely manner. It had a few markings but i have no problem with it! Overall GOOD condition and positive service!

They gave me an estimate of $64 on my used book so I sent it to them at their cost. They came back with a real offer of $25 because of a small water stain on the inside cover. My choice was to accept their offer or pay to have the book shipped back to me. Sounds like a bait and switch scam.
