I did not receive the books I ordered. I ordered math textbooks (in English) and received a German novel. While it only took 3 days to get my order, it took over a month to get a response from their "customer service" demanding another picture of what I had received. Since I was traveling that week and unable to take a photo, they closed the case. I give up.
