The book came in a timely fashion however it has a large, non-removable sticker plastered over the cover. The sticker advertises BooksRun. Such things are considered damage to the book. When I contacted them about this they said it was standard policy to damage all books in this manner and they had no intention to change. I'm sure not everyone will care but I for one will never buy from here again.

I sent in a BRAND NEW textbook and it was not accepted, it was my mistake that the ISBN was incorrect. However, when they returned the book they attached a permanent sticker to it lowering the value and condition of the book. Yes, I understand that it's in their terms, but it makes absolutely NO sense.
