They agreed to buy 5 text books from me, totaling almost $100. I was to be paid by PayPal within 4 business days of them receiving the books. I shipped the books as agreed and the received them on 2/14 (per FedEx). As of 2/23, I had still not been paid and I emailed inquiring about the status. I received no response. On 2/27, I received an email saying one of the books may be "counterfeit". I contacted them by phone on 2/28 and was told that the Mather would be resolved "today or tomorrow at the latest." This is the last communication I've had from them. At this point they have stolen 5 textbooks from me and will not respond to inquiries or pay as agreed.

The reviews for renting seem okay but the selling is definitely a scam. Many people have complained that they don't pay close to what they quote you and I would have to agree. After they changed my quote, I requested to have the books retuned to me but it required me to pay 15 dollars. After looking further into reviews I see this is a very common issue they have. They tell you that your book as a different IBSN, but in the photo they attached both the books I sent in have exact same IBSN as the books they quoted me for….so I am not sure what they could be talking about. They also make it very hard to get in contact so you can't even really do anything to advocate for yourself. If you're trying to just get rid of clutter without throwing the books away, this is an option. However, if you are trying to sell the books for money there are many other, better options.

I ordered my book over 10 days ago. I keep checking on the status which says not shipped. I come to find out my order has been canceled due to the shipping company. I finally get a customer service representative on the phone who refuses to tell me the shipping company and does not resolve my problem. So all I'm receiving are generated emails. Needless to say I will not be renting from this website any longer. All of a sudden my order is refunded to me. I would have preferred they send me my textbook for class that has already started. What a disappointment! If the stars allowed me I would have given it a zero rating

I ordered a book that I no longer needed and I emailed the company's support email 6 different times. There was no response. I then went to Facebook where I continued to post that I needed to return. I was commented back by multiple past customers saying that they had a similar experience and that when they "sold" books to this company they were never paid. What a headache to make a return. It was a 3 weeks process in the end.
