The whole order arrived damaged, and while there is an avenue to create a ticket describing the damage, I've tried multiple times over two days and keep getting error messages saying the page isn't responding. I have been unable to phone them during their business hours because of my work schedule.

I ordered children's books to give as prizes for my library's Summer Reading program. The books we got were good quality, and we were able to get even nice hardbacks for under $3. The only drawback is that when the books arrived they were not packed very well. One box was ripped through and a couple of the books had bent corners or pages. Another box was pretty smashed. They might consider investing just a little bit more on quality cardboard boxes.
