My book order got lost in the mail. I contacted book outlet after two weeks and the books were replaced or refunded. Books were of good quality.
I had accidentally bought two and they refunded and let me keep the book. I was quite surprised as I was ready to just exchange for another.
Easy and I received my order quickly. Only issue I ordered a canister with Pioneer Womens recipes and it came with a small dent maybe bubble wrap

I don't recall the Bible being sold as a used Bible. But it had numerous verses that were underlined when I received it.
I liked how the book was sealed in strong, pressed paper which protected the book from damage and the fast delivery.

Good ordering experience and good price, the down side was that I would have ordered more if you had more of the title.
Books were relatively affordable, however, packaging has not been the best and as such some of the books got damaged along the way.
I was very satisfied with the product, but not satisfied with how long the order took to arrive. My gifts arrived after Christmas.

The shipping was extremely quick, however the larger box was a bit beat up and 2 of the books were folded/bent upon arrival.
