Excellent online buying experience. I found four books that are popular with book clubs and two were NY Times best selling authors. I also bought a NY Times crossword puzzle and a Memory book kit. Came within a week and in mint condition. This is a great option and fun.

I've been using Book Outlet for nearly 2 years now and I absolutely love it. You can find recently published titles for up to 90% off. The selection is amazing and always changing. The books are always in new or near new condition. If there are any ever issues, they are quick to fix it. I can not recommend them enough.
Let me start by saying this, I had a feeling it was too good to be true. I ordered 12 books during a sale and waited over a month for my shipment to arrive. Well when I opened my order only 1 of the 12 books was in the box and another random book I didn't even order. So I proceeded to contact customer service and they did apologize and claimed to have refunded me but I've yet to see that refund.
