TERRIBLE... I ordered my books Dec 11 and got shipping confirmation on Dec 13 and they did not leave your facility until Dec 23rd. I called in and was lied to. I was told my books were stuck at the border and they hadn't even left your facility. I kept opening tickets trying to get tracking and they kept being "resolved" and closed when they werent resolved. I emailed to get a refund and was told no even though when I called originally the lady told me to call back on December 27th because it had been 10 business days at that point if I hadnt receieved my books. Just terrible customer service and I really do not like being lied to.
Buyer Beware! Deciding to exclusively give out books as Christmas gifts this year, I placed a large order with Book Outlet on the 28th of November; following a phone conversation with Book Order Customer Service whereby assurances were given that the order would be delivered WELL before Christmas. Relying on this information, and being located in a major NY hub where I typically receive packages early, it is now the 21st of December, and I am without any gifts for Christmas as my order tracking cites the package as moving from Upstate NY to Ohio and has been in Massachusetts since the 16th of December. I have written to the Book Outlet customer service whom appear to be ignoring my pleas for assistance in the matter. Way to ruin Christmas for five deserving children Book Outlet; just deplorable customer service on your end!
Great prices and I like that only 35.00 has to be spent to get free shipping. Books always get delivered at a reasonable time and the books are always in great shape.
Didn't receive the book yet am very angry. I have written an email and didn't receive an answer. My experience is very poor and I would not recommend your service at all.

I never received my book although I was charged. The website did not recognize my order number and when I opened a service ticket, I never heard back. Terrible experience - will never order again!

I was so happy to find these books at the price and offer here. I searched a long while trying to find the best deal and was sold with book outlets deals and variety.
It would be helpful to have both the hardback and paperback option on the same book page and have an option to choose if appicable to the item instead of having to search for either or.
This is my third time to order, and I'm satisfied. But there's a problem with my third order—one of the books that I got is a different edition from the one that I ordered.
Very found my book for class, was happy and the price was great. I didn't have book for lesson nor much money.
