No problem finding books and payment was quick and easy. Shipping said one to three business days; books arrived in over a week and a badly damaged box.

I was a little disappointed, I received four damage books, but four out of twenty isn't too bad. First time having that many damage books in one order.

The books I ordered got here in a timely manner and weren't damaged at all. The ordering process was easy and looking forward to ordering from them again.

I received a book that was heavily damaged in one corner (the dust jacket had two 1" tears and was crinkled up, the cover board was scrunched in, and the last 60 pages were folded up). It was a "bargain" book, not a "scratch and dent," so it wasn't supposed to have damage.

I wanted to return the book for a refund (or exchange it if they were getting more in stock), but Book Outlet only offered a 50% refund since they didn't think the damage warranted more. They said their books are always going to have additional shelf wear, and that most companies would not take liability for products that arrive damaged. There's a big difference between normal shelf wear and actual damage, and I don't know any companies that wouldn't take full responsibility for not packing their products adequately for shipment. Seems disingenuous for a company to boast about the great condition of their books but then dismiss damage as "shelf wear" you should have expected.

They offered a full credit for the book to my Book Outlet account after multiple messages, but by then I was fed up. They have cheap prices, but if they're sending damaged books that have to be repurchased elsewhere at full price it means spending extra money and dealing with extra hassle.

I purchased two books from you. It was obvious they were thrown into too large of a box and one of my book sleeves was ripped. It is unfortunate as it was a gift.

Great price for the amount of books I got! Shipped really fast though could have had more care when packing them. Books were what I expected for the price and description!

My order was cost effective, my invoice was accepted promptly. I was given instructions on tracking the order and it arrived in a timely fashion. I would use this site again.

I was extremely impressed with how they packaged the books. They were neatly placed in the boxes which I appreciate. I am so excited to read my new books and I can't wait to order more!

It was pretty great, I like that I can get text messages for updates. The books are in great condition other than one; the one is hardcover but the paper around it was ripped and creased.

All good Except I didn't care for the targets 30% off stickers on the books that were hard to get off without smudging the cover. These are gifts and I didn't want that sticker on there

It does take a while to get the books but it is coming from Canada to the bottom of Texas so I understand.
I've never had a problem with the books, no damages.

Very positive first experience with Book Outlet. Great savings with the low price compared to other sellers. In the future, I will come back to Book Outlet if I'm looking to purchase books.

One of my books had the cover folded over resulting in a crease the whole length of the book. The box was barely holding together when it reached my home.

I have had nothing but positive experiences buying books from Book Outlook. I have ordered used books from other sites but find this site my favorite. Wonderful customer service too!

Shopping was an easy and smooth process. The shipping took just as long as expected and my books came in great condition! One was even in the plastic wrapping still!

Love the prices and the books are in great condition! So glad I found you. The shipping is a little slow but you are shipping from Canada to the US so that might be why.

Missing 2 books from my order, box looked intact from what I can tell. Order summary/receipt showed that I was shipped the 2 books that were missing. I've opened a ticket, hopefully it gets resolved.

My kids LOVE the paint by sticker kids books, but I didn't want to spend $8-9 each on them since we go through them so fast. Book outlet had them for $3-4 each so I thought I'd try it. Ordered 4 paint by sticker kids books, 1 my first stickers book, and 3 paint by sticker adult books (for my oldest child). I got emailed an order confirmation immediately but then a week later I still hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation. I started to get nervous that the company wasn't legit, but the very next day the whole order came! All but one of the books were in great condition - minor scuffs on the covers or corners slightly dented, but I was totally fine with that because they were just going to be mauled by my kids anyway. One of them the cover spine was slightly skewed, but these books are meant to be taken apart anyway so I don't care at all! All the stickers and pages inside are in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this site for inexpensive kids books, as long as you're not giving them as gifts.
