It is not clear where the item will be shipping from. Yes, it was on of the lower priced, however, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR…the package arrived damaged, the book, supposed to be in holder, was not, bent outer binding

I've ordered literally hundreds of dollars worth of books from you. I check my wishlist list pretty much every day and am thrilled by how often items from it are in stock.
BUT packing is an issue… two of my orders showed up as empty boxes. Another had just one of the numerous books I'd ordered.
I don't know if someone is breaking them open and stealing stuff, or if the bottoms just gave out en route. It's a bummer though.
In the latter case, my missing books were still in stock and you replaced them. Cool!
In the former two cases, the books I most cared about were out of stock. You refunded one of the orders, and I'm still awaiting word on the other (I got the empty box yesterday).
Maybe this is a simple case of slapping some tape on the boxes? The current ones seem too easy to open.
Or maybe get rid of the "warning: this box may contain awesome books"? Thieves might find that hard to resist.
Either way, all these thefts are making me hesitant to order more. I hate having a long-coveted book come in stock only to get an empty box. I also donot like asking you for a refund.

Overall, system is perfect except packaging.When products delivered to my address, there were two different boxes. They were damaged.I opende the boxes and some book were in bad condition.

My complaint is about USPS not Book Outlet. The box arrived horribly damaged with rubber bands keeping the box intact. It's actually amazing we received all the books because the box was opened.

Love book outlet and your selection! I love how you show the quantity of a particular book still available. I wish shipping was a bit faster but it's worth it for your discounts.

I'm very happy with the prices and the quality of the items. But it's absolutely wasteful and looks bad at delivery to have a massive box and have it contain only one bookmark.

The books were ordered on 7/4. Shipped on 7/7. But the package didn't come until 7/16.
The books are great. Good job by BookOutlet. However, I'm not pleased with the long delivery time.

I loved the price of the books! I had to wait a very long time for them to come in and they were a little damaged from not being wrapped up inside the boxes. Need to wrap them better!

I will always order books from BookOutlet. All books that I receive are in great condition and the selection is wonderful. Everything is delivered in a reasonable amount of time and fairly priced.

The variety and price are awesome!
The only issue was the delivery time- I was expecting earlier than what it took to deliver my order.
However, the prices being so nice, I commit to wait patiently.

Book outlet for those that want to pay less for books and don't mind a tiny marker mark on the pages.

Site was easy to use, prices were excellent for what I purchased, items came in a timely manner

HOWEVER, items were shipped in a very large box with NO packing material whatsoever; consequently the items were banging around in the box, damaging corners

The updates took days and the boxes were taped over and barely holding together. The books were fine but I'm not sure if this is normal or because of the holiday rush.

My purchase was a Christmas present for my wife. I think she is gonna love it. Price was fair, shipping was slightly longer than expected. However I still received it before Christmas so all good.

I love the book outlet online. When I found this place I have been in heaven. I did not always have the money to buy from the regular bookstores and keep up with my reading pace. With this site I can buy lots of books and stay ahead so I know I always have something to read. They may not be top sellers but some have been. I have found several new authors I really enjoy and I am trying to read all their books. Thank you for starting this bookoutlet. The prices are so much better for people to be able to read a lot. I will buy most of my books from here, if not all of them. I can not understand the people that have been disappointed with this site. They tell you the books are scatch and dent. They also say the christmas orders are delayed but hopefully you will get them in time. They do not control shipping. But I understand someone wanting their order. But you have to be patient. Also any company can make a mistake. Just like us. No one is perfect. I myself have had no problem with my orders or my books. My books have looked fine. A big thank you Book Outlet!

In your definition, what do you consider a BRAND NEW HARDBACK? What I got was a damaged book, marked with a black magic marker on the bottom pages, broken hardcover, and torn dust cover. The packaging was not torn, so this book was intentially sent this way! The least you could have done was list it as a SECOND so that the condition would be no surprise, but it was listed as a Brand New Hardback!

Ordered 3 oversized books. Arrived in short amount of time and books were in excellent condition! Couldn't ask for better experience. Highly recommend.
