Terrible first experience. I ordered 24 tops and was sent 24 tops but of those tops, one was completely the wrong item [a t-shirt instead of the sweater I purchased] and most had permanant damage at the sholder area from what appears to have been storage issues from clips, or hangers, holding the clothing to some type of conveyer system. One of the shirts had what appeared to be a large grease stain at the bottom hem, again, not featured in the photo. All of the items I purchased claimed to be "in excellent condition with only light signs of wear, if any.", yet, not one would fall into this category, and several were damaged to the point of designation for "rag" use [the ones with grease, tears and holes]; i.e. Trash. So sad, I really had high hopes for this company and love the idea of second-hand.
