Box delivered was mangled, open and retaped shut. Most books ok but not handled well at all. USPS said it was presented to them already that way by previous carrier

Always complete, always clean items which can be given so gift. I would appreciate a printed packing slip even though nothing had ever been missing frommordrr.

Delivery takes quite a while but that's to be expected with a box full of books coming across the country. Books are inexpensive, are well packed and ship quickly.

Regular shopper here... I thought this past order was packed in a more sturdy box than previously. This box arrived completely intact without dings or perforations. Very pleased.

I buy most of my books from Book Outlet now because it's so much more affordable than brand new books but in much better condition that thrifted ones.

Everything with Book Outlet has been great so far. I just received my first box. My box was open when I got home, but im not sure if it was from the warehouse or the delivery driver.

I ordered about 7 books and nothing came. I've ordered from this website in the past and have had pretty good luck (other than a few low quality books) but this time I didn't receive my order.

All the books came in great condition and were at a price that I could never have gotten in the book store. It took a little longer to get them, but it was so worth the wait!

The manga is bought was processed and sent verry quickly. Though the packaging wasnt the best. I woul rather use a box then the plastic mailers. It worms decent though. Everything arrived safe.
